So, this was a good experience on the whole. I did the bank heist with some friends last weekend. We escaped, and on the whole it was a fun room with good puzzles. Since we got out, this tells me something about the design of the room - it worked, clearly. We had some escape room vets and a few newbies and I didnt think the puzzles were too hard (except one that just...well, you HAD to have a clue to get it). The place was well done, clearly a "we have a corporate office" place so they have experience with the rooms, and I would go back to do another room. For anyone who cares to read the specifics and for management, Ill share more of my thoughts below. I did have two main grievances, which keeps me from the last star AND makes me want to leave a review so management can hear me out. Context: after doing 6 different escape rooms at completely different places/in different locations, I feel like I have a good idea of what makes a room good and what to generally expect, as well as what may or may not work well. 1) The staff member who explained the basics of the game to us didnt give us very clear information. I explicitly asked if using clues penalized us and she said no. I couldnt believe that so I asked it again in a different way and the whole team understood it that using clues wasnt going to hurt us (other than the number of clues you can use being limited to a certain time period apart). I felt misled because I wasnt being clearly answered, as I knew what to clarify by asking the question in the first place. Then there were the "easy" and "hard" ones and it wasnt clearly explained what that meant. I still dont know what the difference was. So, tell your staff how to articulate how clues impact the players and what the QR code thing is - in full. And perhaps give extra heads ups to each team playing so there are no miscommunications or misunderstandings. 2) That leads me to this: The use of QR codes was....weird. Im used to clues over the loudspeaker. There were far too many QR codes, and there could be multiple locations for them that had to do with the same puzzle. So maybe you know you need that key and you can see it but you dont have a code, then you scan the thing above the thing holding the key and then the clue only helps tell you what it goes to, which you may already know. Also, it meant that maybe we already solved that puzzle but because the location of the code was not clear, we then wasted a clue. After we escaped I found out that we had a 20 minute time penalty added to our finishing time because we used 4 clues. Of the 4, one we had already done, one was to an element we had already figured out, one was unhelpful, and one was sort-of helpful. The most helpful feedback we got was from the staff member who said 2 things (more or less "clues") on the loudspeaker. If you have someone monitoring us the whole time anyway (which is normal/necessary), then just have them dish out the clues. They will be far more relevant and specific, even if they are given in riddle form. The use of the codes legitimately hindered the effectiveness of the game we played. I understand thats what makes you "stand out" in the midst of all these other escape room companies, but I think the play style of it is not well executed. if you keep it, maybe have 5-6 clues throughout the game, making sure theyre only on COMPLETELY different puzzles (not on each element to the same puzzle) and are obvious what they belong to (ie. put them ON the thing or RIGHT ABOVE the thing they go to; about 1/4 of the placement of the codes were unclear or ambiguous). That made it frustrating in the room and also prevented us from getting through each puzzle quicker since we ended up being misled.

This escape company is very professionally done. The props are theme appropriate. The story lines are awesome and the way everything is laid out is top notch. The best part is that the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone weve dealt with has had a great personality and great attitude. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that every time, weve gone, there have been mechanical problems that hindered progress. We werent told about until wasting 10 or minutes on the broken pieces. Otherwise this is a neat location and a lot of fun. Compared to numerous other escape venues weve been to, it ranks about average.

This was a fun escape facility. The game was pretty fun and more involved than I was expecting (spoiler: there was a hidden door that led to a separate room that you needed to escape!) they gave you an iPad that you could use to get unlimited clues. I think the iPad made things too easy; using a hint should probably have some kind of negative side affects. However, the tasks werent as creative or as interesting as other rooms Ive done. Overall, it was a good place.

I went with my coworkers as a team building night out and we all had a blast! We had a group of 7 and did Lost in Time. The puzzle were got each of us but were great and it was interesting seeing each of our strengths outside of work. We worked with Amber and she was sweet and extremely accommodating. They are lucky to have such a nice person working there. Thank you for a fun and brainbending night out. My team needed this!

We wanted to play BankHeist but tjis one wasnt available but instead of asking us to pick another game they picked one for us, we were from out of state so i feel like we got taken, they better enjoy the $27 dollars they made off me because this S@*# wont ever happen again, very dishonest, let me make my own choice!!!!

we have done 3 of the 4 available rooms. the themes and concepts are great. The clue process leaves a lot to be desired and every room has had mechanical malfunction and locks that stick so even with the right code you are left making multiple attempts. We will not bother trying the last available room.

Omg had an amazing time tonight. Amber was so helpful on the phone she helped make my daughters 13 birthday a memorable one for sure. The room we went in was the bank heist and it was so much fun. No we didnt make it out but we got really close. Overall we had a wonderful time and will go back again.

This was a really fun experience with challenging games. The price is pretty good for what youre getting. I wouldnt suggest it for people younger that high school age, but is a pretty good place for a date night or something like that. Two thumbs.

We did the Outbreak room... It was great! Really challenging, but we made it through. I would recommend anyone to come check it out! The puzzles are fun in the room and not cheap like some places we have tried before! Great room and great place!
