My children and I recently visited Sluggers and Putters and I must say, I was not very satisfied with our visit. Everything seemed very overpriced and it took a quite a long time for the employees to go back and forth operating the rides; something I dont quite understand. In this regard, it seemed understaffed. I read the reviews before taking my kids to the park and while checking them over, I noticed how some of the one star reviews were handled. I was apprehensive about going there after reading those, to say the least, but my children pleaded to go so we went. This is a decision that I have somewhat grown to regret. I cannot believe the regard with which some of the responses were handled. Whoever is responding to these one star reviews that, in my opinion, serve to be somewhat helpful, is doing so in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. It seems they do not care about losing customers and that they cannot take any constructive criticism. Have they ever heard of the phrase, "The customer is always right"? They need to realize that families read these reviews and will get a bad impression of the company. If they keep this up, they could lose even more customers. Well, after my trip to the park and seeing the way the staff treats people who criticize them, you can consider yourselves down a few customers; namely our family. Best of luck to you in the future, and hopefully you are able to hire someone who knows how to respond politely to negative reviews. Sandy Williams

Disappointed that they like to promote false advertising stating that they had a unlimited season pass available to only decide to renig on it and change it to a 3 visit pass instead. Fortunately I had not told my grandson about getting him a pass so as not to dissapoint him as they did me. My money will be best spent elsewhere this summer. Especially since the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone was rude about the change stating "its what they can do" "They needed time to work out the kinks". That should have been done before you announced it to the public and falsley advertised it! ......I just want to add saying it was a miscommunication with your Web team and not available until 2017 is a lie because you had stated that it was on sale if purchased before July 1st so dont try to make excuses ....you falsely advertised. And I hung up because your general manager was being RUDE to me!

The staff were all young, full of energy and extremely helpful and polite. We went on a Friday afternoon and the park was not very busy at all. The layout of the park was nice, as even if it were busy it wouldnt feel like you were on top of everyone. My wife and I were surprised at how clean the park was too. I would say that most of the attractions are geared toward younger children (we were there with a group of 16-17 and 11-13 year olds). The park certainly offered more for the younger group, with only a few attractions for the older group. As far as food options, they had something for everyone. Hot dogs, ice cream, candy, pop, beer, etc.

Visited here today with kids, where told a by staff attraction was not included after waiting in line . only to read on our action cards that attraction was included later. Second inconsistency of visit talked to manager Jared he said he was sorry but workers are 16 year old kids. I am still trying to figure how that has anything to do with job training.???? I find that statement worse than paying for an attraction twice.

Havent been here in a while, but only because it is far from my house. Had a great time and my group especially enjoyed the bumper boats. And I dont care how old you are, everyone loves go karts. Auntie Ems ice cream was the perfect way to end the day! Just heard theyre adding a Ferris wheel for 2016, that should be a blast! Looking forward to visiting in 2016 and giving soccer golf a try, too.

Sluggers and Putters is themed very nicely with bright colors, decorations from Mother Goose Land and great landscaping. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the entire park was and the prices were pretty fair too. There are many activities to choose from such as two putt putt golf courses (one is The Wizard of Oz Themed), rock climbing and go carts. One could easily spend all day there.

The park overall was very nice. The staff however, i was not very thrilled about. I did not appreciate a member of staff cussing at me, and for that i will not return to sluggers and putters. I gave a 3 star because nice, understanding staff members are an asset to a successful business. They set the tone for their PAYING CUSTOMERS. My first experience and definitely my last.

HAVE BEEN GOING FOR YEARS GREAT FAMILY FUN PUTT PUTT 2 DIFFERENT COURSES GO CARTS ROCK CLIMBING WALL A HUGE JUMP THING THAT IS SO FUN FORGET WHAT ITS CALLED A HUGE ARCADE I MEAN HUGE BASEBALL CAGES GOLF TEE OFF A D MORE THIS IS THE BEST SLUGGERS AND PUTTERS AROUND! GREAT PRICES TOO! LOVE TO GO WITH THE FAMILY! THEIRS MORE ATTRACTIONS BUT THE NAMES ARE HARD TO DESCRIBE

Energetic staff who are super helpful! The 5 hour unlimited action pass provided my group with plenty of activities and time to explore the whole park. Beautiful place and a nice destination for families, dates, or people of all ages. The 5 new rides really added a lot to the park. My favorite, The lil dipper roller coaster is deceivingly intense!

This place has really turned around in the last few years. For awhile there wasnt much change to this place, but it really has turned around! I love the putt putt golf and the additional course they added on. The driving range and the monster bucket is a good deal. Once my kids get older I will be taking them here for sure!

The mini golf was a ton of fun. Loved the addition of the spinning wheel obstacle on the courses, making normal mini golf a bit more entertaining. Staff was polite and lots of options to choose from in terms of activities.

Great time with the family. I would suggest eating before you go. The food is way over priced and not that good for how much you pay. Other then that everything was alot of fun....and you might want to wear some big spray.

We took the kids for a fun day out. It was clean, the lines were not long at all. The prices were a little steep for a family of 6. But it was worth it. I absolutely recommend Sluggers and Putters !

Great place, friendly staff, and hours of fun! Get the action pass, its the best bang for your buck! Dad can go to the driving range while the little ones are riding the rides!

Staff and Associates are very helpful. Parties are well organized. Clean and well maintained. Mainly a kids place, only thing here for adults is the go karts and mini golf.
