I have attended numerous shows, productions and events at three RP Funding Center. The facility has always been well maintained and clean. The productions were professional, entertaining and very enjoyable. My three star rating is due to the way ticket fees are charged. I recently purchased 5 tickets for the Paul Anka show in February 2018. The ticket were $85 each. We drove to the RP Funding box office to make the purchase thinking that we would avoid the service fee which is charged for onlone purchases. Oline fee is $15 per ticket! I was surprised that I had to pay a $8 service fee. I can almost understand the fee charged at the box office because of the cost of staff needed to operate the office but why a $15 fee when no personnel are needed for the online purchase? I realize that this allows a lower advertised price for tickets but is a deceptive practice. If an $85 ticket will cost $93 at the box office then advertise the ticket price as $93. I will hesitate attending future events because I believe your practice is in poor taste.

Wemt to ROH Supercard of Honor 11 here. The show was great, but the venue is horrible! Overpriced, poor quality food ($9 for a cold hamburger that they refused to replace!) that youre foced to buy because youre not allowed to leave and reenter without buying another ticket to the event! The information for the event that was on the venues site was almost entirely inaccurate. On top of that, the staff was highly disrespectful. I have a younger brother with special needs, and the security staff singled us out when we stopped. by the railing on the way to our seats for him to catch his breath, demanding that this man move to his seat while ignoring almost a dozen other guests standing in the same area. I will gladly see ROH again, but I will never go to this venue again.

Attended the NEXSTAR event and "SOME" (NOT ALL) of the staff were very racist and rude. They put us down in the basement, near construction, and we didnt complain. As if that wasnt bad enough, the staff complained about where we sat as our girls were having makeup and hair done, they complained about where our girls were stretching and doing homework. This was even after our company owner explained that this is the section that was set up for us by other staff members. Im sorry, when you provide limited space for such a big event, this will happen but we were the only ones downstairs that were picked on several times. This 2014 get over yourselves and stop the being so damn racist and hateful! Goodbye!

went skating tonight and i ended up with 2 broken skates that cut up my feet and caused more blisters then they should have caused also the ice was so thin i couldve jumped on it and broke and cant forget about the rules they had two guys skating and monitering with two entirely completely different rule sets and it was aggitating being told somethings allowed and 2 minutes later being told it wasnt allowed but besides that i had a great time with some friends and will only return because its the closest one to me

Be prepared to pay the outrageous $8 parking and $10 if you want to come and go as you please. The center itself, its nice but nothing special. You go to the show you want to see so the show is going to be able the same anywhere you go. Its close to an I4 exit and is convenient in that matter. At Repticon (the only reason I go to this venue), there was only 1 concession stand and sodas were $8 and it was all junk food. Not convenient to leave and come back and crappy overpriced food if you stay.

I have been here half dozen times. The drinks are ALWAYS double or triple what a drink should be -- even for a public venue they are really expensive. As for racism, I concur with the womans comment below. Im a 31-year old white model and my husband is a black surgeon. Three times I came alone or with a girlfriend and we were treated like gold. On the three times my husband came with me the staff was rude, snotty and even abusive. We wont be back!

They offer a good variety of entertainment options including concerts, shows, markets, and fairs. There are several individual theaters inside as well as convention center space. The location is centrally located, parking is paid per car, but easy to access and exit. Concerts feature big names, and old favorites. We recenter saw the Irish group, The Chieftains, who gave us two hours of traditional Celtic music and dance.

I cant believe it costs $8 (!?!) to park here. First off, on the site it says "some events" cost $8, so its a gamble whenever you drive up to a show or event. Second off, I didnt even actually get a spot to park in. They parked me on the grass . So they charged me $8 for a spot they didnt even have. Im not sure Ill go to many events here if I have to pay $8 to park each time.

Came for a hunting expo being held there and was nickeled and dimed before I could even get into the expo room. Half the parking close to the building was blocked off as well as having to pay an exorbitant amount for parking on top of my admission to the expo itself. The building itself is nice and offers great amenities for conferences, seminars, expo, etc.

The arena where Wesley Chapel High school achieved back to back FHSAA 3A State Final Fours. In 2002 we placed third place after losing to the eventual state champion #1St. Augustine Nease High School. In 2003 we placed third for the second consecutive year after losing to the eventual state champion #5Monsenior Pace High School. Great memories!!

Was very uncomfortable with a Sentry security guard kept staring at me during the High School State Basketball Games. He would get behind me and stare. So I walked away only to have him follow. Same Guard had a smart remark for me later and I wanted to knock his teeth down his throat.

I have participated as an official judge twice for the Florida State science and engineering fair who uses this as a venue. From that perspective I can say the exhibition Hall space is large enough to host 800. I can also speak well towards the food and drink service.

I was here for a friends wedding festivities. The staff and facilities met expectations without exceeding them. We werent rushed out, but we did have to be escorted out by security after the event since they were setting up a fight night in the rest of the space.

From gun and knife shows, basketball tournaments, concerts, and work expos... Ive been here for it all. Great accommodations and nice facilities. Staff has always been friendly and parking has never been an issue. Great place for many things.

Awesome communication! Jennifer Ceballos, our loan officer, went above and beyond to help us lower interest, insurance, and taxes. We also talked with others, and they were on point as well. Definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I think that its ridiculous that you guys cut the ice skating dates this year. No reason for it what so ever. Thanks for ruining a continuous anniversary tradition. Lakeland never seems to surprise you with things.
