Clean theater & bathrooms. They werent using the box office for ticket purchasing but had the lights on inside it so I wasnt sure if a window was closed or I needed to purchased tickets inside until I got up closer on the sign to read it in full. It was a larger sign, but a simple rope with a sign pointing inside would be much more effective. The young lady I purchased our tickets from was extremely friendly and personable. She greeted us, answered a question and was smiling the whole time, nice to see! When I ordered my expensive concessions, from a different girl, she misunderstood my order but didnt offer to fix it, (my boys were ok with the slushy mix-up so no harm) Then a family that was behind me in-line, was taken to a new line that opened. Only my family and the other were in the lobby. Most places would not of opened another line, which was very nice to see that they wanted to get us into our movie quicker. They were helped by the nice girl (who I bought our tickets from) who opened the new line. I had ordered before them but my 2 drinks and popcorn took longer, in fact they ended up getting the last of the popcorn. I was told they were out of popcorn and needed to make a fresh batch, and that the other (nicer) girl would get it, and this girl walked away. I was left there, looking dumbfounded, watching the other family walk in with the popcorn I ordered 1st and thinking we are now missing the beginning of the movie, which was my fault since I was running behind schedule. We all enjoy fresh popcorn but I was anxious to get into the theatre before the movie started since I was running late, and the boys were gonna miss the beginning, #momfail. The (nicer) girl must have noticed my anxiety and asked if she could help, when I explained she didnt think twice and asked for my theater number and said she would bring the popcorn to me. Im very thankful this was offered because we would of missed the start of the movie if we had to wait. Thank you very much, I bope your bosses read these (we were there at 2pm on 7/24/2017) There were no family restroom, or I didnt see any, and being a mom to 9 & 5 year old boys, concerned me having them go in by themselves and then wait for me by themselves. Overall a very nice experience and will be back.

My Friends and i went to see The Movie This Means war on March 7,2012 at the the Medina Stadium 16 theater and i have to tell u it was one of the best movies i ever seen but parts of the movie were missing, Parts of the Movie would Black out with only the sound in the background, and then another hafe of the movie a Picture but No Sound. I made several attempts to contact the theater and got no response from the managers concerning the visit and ended up contacting management regarding the problem. any feedback u do through the website the managers wont contact u back. I am thinking maybe its time to try another theater but know this is the only movie theater here in the city of Medina.

Unreasonable prices, but what theater has reasonable ones? Big theater rooms with many showings. Usually busy, but still good. Recently, theyve made their showings louder, which is good, but also bad, seeing as I only go for already loud action movies. I only disagree with one thing: letting people bring their VERY small (Im talking like 5 and below) CHILDREN into movies like LOGAN! Horrible parenting, not the theaters fault, but they should stop people from doing that with EVERY rated R movie, even some PG-13 ones. Other than all that, great theater.

13$ nachos... Clean, good service theaters were a touch warm but 13$ nachos. Let that sink in. 13$ nachos. I mean 10 years ago nachos were 5$. The price of nachos has almost tripled in 10 years. We are not talking gourmet nachos, we are talking a small bag of tortilla rounds and canned nacho cheese sauce... I suggest smuggling in your own snacks. I expect high prices but 13$ for nachos is really really a exceptionally poor value. Once more with feeling, 13$ nachos.

I go to this theater a lot. Its a nice theater. My one and only complaint is that they dont seem to enforce the R rating system. More than a couple times there have been kids, clearly under the age of 17-18 sitting in the theater during R rated films. These minors are always noisy and have there phones out during the film. Which always ruins the movie Im trying to enjoy.

The projector broke for todays 1:30 Wonder Woman showing and the y couldnt get it to work, so they are giving everyone a free pass. Nothing else. We have been here for over and hour, purchased concessions, a d still didnt get to see a movie. TWO passes would be acceptable. Not one. This is why we prefer Cinemark.

Ive gone here a lot and like the place but, to be honest, I get disappointed with how the the floors can be really dirty and sticky. Its bad enough that I question exactly when they have been washed last. Sometimes the rooms also have this odor. I wish they would Febreeze or something.

The staff was outstanding, accept one lady who got mad when we asked for a refill on a drink idk why.. But overall the theater was astonishing and the service was great!! Im going on Sunday to watch Deadpool now that ive already seen BatmanVSuperman!!

Its a nice theater. Comfortable seats and reasonably clean. The concession stand is a study in inefficiency. They desperately need process improvements but will likely never implement them.

Was not over crowded saw lights out which was a great movie hated all the teenagers screming and talking through the whole movie thats what Definetly ruined it for us no respect at all

On Tuesday and Wednesdays in the Summer at 10am, they offer $1 movies for Kids and parents! They arent movies that are new, but recent within the last 3 to 6 months.

We showed up at 12:30 for a 1:00 movie on 9/5/14, and all the doors were locked. Listed hours on the website showed 11:30 AM to 11:30 PM...what gives??
