I was to the movies on Christmas day. I purchased 1 adult ticket and 2 child tickets and was charged $32 which was $7.75 too much. The older gentleman who was working wasnt happy when I gave him my Regal Crown Card to scan. He actually huffed at me! I thought that $32 seemed way too expensive but I didnt question him because there was a huge line and the worker was already angry. I looked at my tickets when I got home and found the problem. Attached to my string of tickets was another ticket for a matinee at 1:50pm. I was there for the 4:20pm show. The extra ticket I paid for! I tried calling the theater for the next 3 days but no one answers the phone. I sent customer relations an e-mail and no one responded to it and its been a week! I went to the theater to get my money back and spoke to the manager named Brian Walters. He said they dont refund money! Then he told me too much time has passed which has been 6 days. I let him know that if they answered their phone maybe 6 days wouldnt have passed. He then ripped the extra matinee ticket off of the string of tickets. Wow!!! I think he was trying to cover up their mistake! And to make matters worse, he said to call corporate. After calling corporate 3 different days I still havent had a return call! Way to treat your customers Regal!

We were in (the room) #1 - and it was soooooo cold in there that people were putting on their scarves, mittens, etc. It was actually warmer OUTSIDE. The "manager" was told by more than one patron how cold it was and nothing improved!! When we left we asked him about it and he said "Oh I guess the heater does not work!" (Well, I guess!!) So we asked for our money back and he gave us another regal cinema ticket. Thanks but no thanks! I am going to cinemark - it very comfortable in there! I believe they could have moved the movie to another room. I think the manager should not be a manager; he spent more time talking and fooling around with the other employees, than he did trying to make it right for all those patrons!!

Very Poor Experience. Me and my wife got to the theater late because the times were listed wrong online and missed the first 10 minutes of the movie which was only made worse when we had to navigate the labyrinth with like a million hallways inside to find our theater. When we finally got there the seats were incredibly un comfterble and the popcorn was stale. The only redeeming quality was the excellent staff. Ian (the cleaner) Helped us find our theater and even told us what happened at the beginning of the movie so we knew what was going on. But everything else sucked. I would not recommend this theater.

If you plan on going to a late night movie just go down the street to the cinemark in strongsville. This movie theater does not make popcorn for the late night movies. They just store the old popcorn in bags and charge you full price for cold popcorn. Then if you ask for something warm they just scold you and management does not understand why you would like something warm. My advice just go to a better theater. I mean this one is old and run down as it is. It is way to expensive to head to the movies as it is. So, dont waste your money and time and go elsewhere.

Staff is nice, theater is clean and good is good. Arcade is on the small side but its enough. Plenty of parking and Tuesday is there discount day. Price are decent and they have more options than popcorn for food. Corn dogs, pizza, wings, pretzel bites, ice cream and more. The only thing they dont have are reclining seats. It doesnt get too crowded there which is nice.

Smaller theater, but has everything needed. Good concessions, decent seating, close and clean restrooms, plenty of free, safe parking. Get here early though, because the combination of small theaters and the fact that they do not assign specific seats like most other theaters nowadays means late arrivers will be real close to the screen down front.

Best movie theater for little ones. Everyone is always polite and there are always lots of seats to choose from. A little slower then your average movie theater but that is perfect for kids. Knowing they can laugh and dance while watching a movie without people complaining is just what every parent needs. A worry free movie experience every time.

Decent theater. A little dated but ticket prices are fairly inexpensive compared to the newer theaters around. There was a light on the wall next to me which shown down on me in and the around me. It was distracting but probably there so people could see where they were walking while the movie was playing.

This place is overpriced consisting how badly it needs a renovation. There are other nicer places to watch a movie in the area. Last night took my two daughters and myself. 38.00 for 3 tickets. I do not mind paying these prices at some of the other theaters with new cleaner more comfortable seating.

This is an old movie theater but if you do not mind it, this place is enough to watch a movie. I went there on Thursday night and it was very slow. Staff was nice and friendly. I like comfortable seats when I watch my movie, so I would not be back here. They need to modernize this place.

they added new seats probably close to a few months ago and theyre a huge upgrade, not leather but fabric, really nice, also the low-key-esque atmosphere here compared to a larger theater like Cinemark makes it more cozy for matinees and weekday viewings when its slow

The popcorn is made fresh everyday. I know someone who worked at the theater at night and they would dispose of the popcorn in a large yellow bag at closing. My experience has always been great at this theater.

You can tell its an older theater, needs a bit of updating. 3D movie was good, but on a small screen. Seats are comfy. Food as usual was expensive. Ticket prices are decent enough though!

This is a dying movie theater. Few people came to this theater when my wife and I were there on a Friday night. The theater has not even been renovated with stadium seeting.

A great theater that sells great popcorn, uts just a great place! Hopefully I can watch another movie there, its definately a place of comfort when watching movies too!
