I was traveling and needed to keep my backpack with me. I took an Uber to the theater to watch a movie. The manager "Brian" would not let me in the theater with my bag. I offered to let him search my bag and he said that wouldnt work. I asked if I could leave it somewhere secure and "Brian" said that I could leave it in the party room which was not watched. I explained that my laptop was in the bag and he was more adamant that I couldnt bring it in. He explained that a laptop could be used to record the movie and would make noise which other people would find annoying. When I told him the laptop would surely stay closed he didnt budge. I told him that I had worked hard to get to the theater to see this movie (which was not crowded at all) and asked what we could do to make this happen. He repeatedly told me he was just enforcing corporate rules. All I wanted to do was see Deadpool. This theater would not offer me any reasonable way to make that happen.

Well, this used to be a nice place to see a movie. But certain kinds of "folks" are taking over. A guy and his buddies came into the movie late and proceeded to talk loud and try to predict things all through the film. At one point he got on his phone. When another person finally confronted him he threatened HER and her date. So the couple left. He was quieter for a while after that. But closed the film talking loud and laughing over the dialogue. Of course the theater did nothing. What can they do if those are the kind of people who go there now. If you have an alternative, and I do, go to another theater where people understand common courtesy. Too bad. I used to like that place. But times change.

They have re-opened this theater and its nice. It is now ran by a company named Phoenix Theaters. They were some remodeling done and Ive been there a couple of times. They have nice staff and all of them always have a smile on their face and very appropriate. It does seem to me that they keep it very clean. I have smelled that odor when you first walked in but, I went rather recently and there was no smell. It was perfectly fine. I will continue to go there again and again. And maybe do a little shopping around the corner.

Screens are too small, sound is either painfully loud or too quiet, and half the movies that come out dont even show here. I know they want to cater to the Indian community, but this area is primarily russian and italian people so the 2 to 3 spots on the movie roster being taken up by bollywood movies is unnecessary. Would not recommend this theater unless you are desperate to see something and arent willing to drive 15 minutes to Willoughby commons 16, a MUCH better choice.

Here to see Power Rangers movie with my kid. This place is absolutely filthy. Popcorn everywhere sticky floors. They obviously NEVER clean. We were the only 2 in the theater and were early so theres no excuse for them to not clean up. I will check our clothes to make sure we dont take any unwanted creatures home with us. We wont be back ever. Im also glad we ate before coming because if they keep the theater this filthy then I cant imagine what food service is like.

Accessible location with friendly and accommodating staff. A location that is friendly to the handicapped. Easy to get into- there is a ramp for those who have mobility problems-bathrooms are not challenging to get in/out of-staff was willing to assist with purchases of tickets and/or snacks (purchase assisting with transports to theater).

Service was excellent. Employees were friendly. House lights in theater were off before and after show, even though I told them, so we waited and left in the dark. Bathrooms were a little dirty. Theater was nearly empty so seating choice was excellent. Nice variety of good movies showing.

I like the movie I come during the week the bathroom are clean no lines will always come the attended help me carry my snacks to my seat with not a lot of movie theater on East side I was pleased I love the handicapped seats I bring my clients here

Ive been here several times and Im always met with a friendly staff. The theaters are more than sufficient and the ticket prices are reasonable. This isnt a theater of luxury, but if you want a good theater to see a movie, this will suffice.

This theatre is tucked away behind a lot big box retailers, which is a good location to go see a movie, do some shopping, and grab a bite to eat all in the same place. Good movies, good movie times, easy parking.

Love this theatre great price and recently updated the seats. Lost one star because they did not upgrade to the plush recliner looking chairs that many theatres are moving toward. Great customer service.

Nice little theater. I catch a film here from time to time, and have always been impressed. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great place to avoid the bustle of the bigger theaters.

Love this theatre been going there for years. Terrance is a legend and has been the ticket man for every movie Ive seen. Everythings great, but concession prices are a bit high.

One department this theater is lacking in, is cleanliness. Often times, I find my feet sticking to the floor, as theyve never been mopped. Aside from that prices seem fair.

Its like a hidden theater, locating near the Target behind the main shopping strip. I like it because it is never really crowded. No pressure or hassle.

I enjoy this theater more than the regal or cinemark theaters around. Friendly staff and$5.00 discount price all day Mon. What more can you ask for.

Not a great theater now that more are becoming more updated. The screens are smaller then alot of theaters. The staff tends to be friendly.

Average movie theater, not super fancy, but also not a dump. Its fairly clean, seats are comfortable, and the popcorn is good.
