Been going here for decades. Place hasnt changed much during that time. In some respects, not a good thing. The Mens bathroom by #1, for example, needs serious remodeling (and heat in the Winter). They replaced the seats in #3 with high-backs; much more comfortable. Hope they do that for all the theaters. Some of them are getting pretty ragged. The staff are great. I dont even have to tell them what I want. Ive been there so much, they already know. Thanks, guys. And of course, you cant beat the price, even with the concession. One thing I wish theyd do more is patrol the theaters. Maybe its me, but it seems the audiences are getting more noisy and rougher. Talking, on their phones, etc. And Heaven forbid you ask them to stop. Just dashing in and out of the theater isnt enough. They need to slow down and see whats going on. All-in-all, not a bad theater.

I brought my boyfriend here it was his first ever visit... He could not believe how great the theater was!!! Theater 1 was by far the largest I think. We will for sure be seeing a lot more movies here however the downfall of the place is that its ran by a bunch of kids.... No adults really. That becomes a problem when people are being disrespectful inside the theater... Not to mention all the popcorn all over the ground. I couldnt walk a step without getting it on my shoes. Its great to not have to go spend 20$ for 2 people to watch a show and the screen is clear and large by you gotta watch out for the under minded kids that dont care about being respectful.

I went to a matinee which was only $1. Many dollar shows lure you in and then hike up the prices. I then was greeted by a friendly guy who took my popcorn order. The popcorn is freshly made, not pre-made and put in bags which are later poured in like some big star theaters which charge an arm, leg, and first born child. The food prices are reasonable and there are refills on all sizes, including the kiddie size. The bath facilities were clean and stocked. Hell they were wiping down the movie posters against the wall which shows how important cleanliness is. Its all in the details. I will be back again real soon and highly recommend the place.

Appeal is obviously great. A $1 to see a big blockbuster movie on the big screen is awesome. Ya you might have to wait a little while for the movie you really want to see to get to the theater, but it is worth the wait when movies are like $10 or higher now. Facilities are better then they use to be. The floors are rather sticky in the theater itself, but thats kind of a given. The service could be better though. The workers could be a little nicer or at least try to fake it better. Over all though it is a pretty great value and I would defiantly recommend it.

Some movies are just best seen on a big screen, but you dont always want to mortgage your house just to be able to afford to go see them. By the time movies get here, theyre about to go on DVD or just made it to DVD. Still its fun to go see them in a theater. This theater shows movies after 6 pm for $1.50 per ticket. Less for daytime matinees. And they occasionally have days when kids get in free. Seems like theyve recetly bought nice cushy new chairs. At least in the 2 theaters Ive been in in recent weeks.

*WOW* I went to Allen Park Show last week and WOW what a change it is so clean and bright and nice there now...Its like a new place.. I love the new Paint, Carpet, Tile, and how they opened up the lobby and how clean it is and still only $1.00 ($1.50) at nite...If you have never been or not been in a while you need to go such a really nice place and great value.. a real family value..worth the trip...

The prices to see a movie are great. The prices for concession stand are about average. They do not sell nachos, which is a big downfall for me. Most of their theaters are decently kept up, there are a few with broken seats. I would recommend this place to others. Just make sure you get there early enough to dont get stuck with ap broken chair.

Great price on movies any time of the day! Been coming here since the 80s and will continue to until i cant stand the uncleanliness anymore! Floors are sticky and seats are not comfortable at all. They need a steam cleaning up in here for sure!! They would get a 3 and half stars until they clean it up a bit. So for now 4 stars. FOR NOW!

You get what you pay for at this historic dollar theature. The slope of the theater is not very good, if someone is sitting in the seat in front of you, their head will be blocking the bottom of the screen. The seats are pretty Comfortable. The best part is the refill on popcorn, every movie theater should do that it just makes sense.

A nice way to enjoy a movie without having to pay an arm and a leg for tickets (just confections) a great way to take out a big family and enjoy yourselves. The only gripe I have is that it isnt as clean as I would like it to be, upkeep isnt as good as other theaters but then again with the pricing you cant really complain.

Just moved from Chicago to Allen Park with my husband this year where we were used to paying $20 for a night out at the movies. This place is affordable, welcoming, and shows fairly new movies. Allen Park Cinema has made it possible to have date night on a tight budget. A diamond in the rough!

This is one of our favorite places to go. The young kids that seem to always be working have a hard time keeping annoying people off their cell phones and acting ridiculous during movies. If you can look past cell phones flashing, testers, and talkers than this is the place is awesome.

Thank you Jesus for Allen Park Cinema! I can always bless someone and take them to a movie here because its affordable. Please keep supporting Christian films like "War Room" and "Woodlawn" and "Do you Believe" and hopefully you will bring "Risen" sometime after January. Thanks again!

Awsome! This place is super affordable and plays the movies a lil longer then other theaters and thats cool because what if you didnt get to see a movie you wanted to see and the more expensive shows dont have it anymore, well you can come here to see the movie!

Wouldnt even mind paying $3 but nope! Only a $1-$1.50 for movies, you just cant beat it. Have been coming here for 26 years and will continue to until I cant muster up the effort to wipe my own bum-bum. Bad jokes aside, I will always recommend this place.

Listen... Its only a $1 before 6, $1.50 after that. You can also get a small popcorn and small drink for $7.50. The seats are somewhat rundown and in some theaters you can hear hallway noise easily. But did I mention that its only a dollar? Cash only

Economical retro style cinema. The customer service is good. They usually play movies that have run for a few months, so its a nice way to catch up on the movies you wanted to see but didnt have time to and now are no longer playing elsewhere.
