Generally an okay but overpriced theater, though the seats are inferior to its competitors. Two unfortunate incidents prevent me from rating it higher, though: My brother and I were exiting our car and witnessed several teens beating another teen in front of the cinema in broad daylight without the staff even moving (we werent close enough to do anything, sadly). The other, a more recent issue was when I was denied access to handicapped parking despite having a valid doctor-prescribed handicapped placard. Instead I was forced to park behind the theater and walk around. Their justification was that I was there for a conference and that their spots were reserved for "normal" patrons. Thankfully the walk did not result in a fall (Im recovering from Guillain Barre Syndrome) and only resulted in pain and discomfort for the rest of the day. My opinion is that there are some serious apathy issues with management and I strongly recommend another theater in lieu of Rave.

Came out for a movie because I was in the area...... $9 for a adult matinee ticket 3D movie in the "xd" auditorium. Apparently they charge a extra .50 cents to view a movie in the large auditorium (because I would gladly pay more money to be packed into a dark room with the possibility of more people), I dont quite understand this. I always expect to get screwed on food prices at a theater but these guys take it to the next level. I couldnt even get a cup of ice water that wasnt a insanely small size. They also dont have a liquor license, to top it off, so I couldnt even drink a beer while I got f$&@ed on the prices and calm the hell down. Going to the theater should be relaxing, these guys take the fun out of it, I probably wont be coming back.

Sound cut out 5 or 6 times during the Avengers. The movie continued playing without sound. Then they fixed the sound and started the movie over. Then it cut out again. After wasting about 2 hours, we were only about an hour into the film. They decided to cancel it and refund everyones money. So after destroying the film for the audience and wasting everyones time, all we got was a refund. Wont return. Stuff happens, but that was a horrible way to handle the situation.

I was going to see a movie there but i did not end up going because one of the managers were super rude. She rolled her eyes when we tried to buy a ticket and acted like she did not want to be there. So we went outside to wait for our ride and she yelled at us to get off the property. I highly suggest you do not go to this theater. Every time i go, i have a bad experience with the staff.

The seat are very comfortable and accomodating even for a big guy like me. I also like the fact that the arm bar is movable. The screen is big and the sound is incredible. I live in Gahanna , right around the corner from the Stoneridge theater but would rather go to Rave. They are SOO much better than Stoneridge!

Rave Motion Pictures was bought by Cinemark. Cinemark is a money hungry corportation and totally ruined Rave. They raised the prices on everything.. (Including the tickets). They removed the unlimited free refills on the large popcorn. I am taking my business else where.

Staff can sometines be rude, and theaters/loby are typically dirty. This theater has fallen behind in modernization. Still uses old style seata, and the sound quality isnt the best. Much prefer Marcus Crosswoods only 2.5 miles away.

Not reserved seating like nearly all other theatres in Columbus. In another city this might be 4 stars, but compared to other options I columbus, this is literally my least liked.

I saw The Good Dinosaur with my daughter. The theaters were very clean and comfortable; service was pleasant. Concessions was reasonably priced, and we had a great time.

This is an AWESOME theatre, I love the seats, they are extremely comfortable, as well as having amazing leg room. This theatre is cheaper than AMC, which is a plus!

Good place to see a matinee...discount pricing lasts much later in the afternoon..until 6pm. No more refills o.k. large popcorn add drinks anymore
