Tickets are nicely priced, theatre is right around the corner from my house but they let their popcorn sit under heatlamps until its luke warm and stale. Last night we went to see alien and no one ever turned off the lights in our theatre. So there we sit watching an immersive suspense movie in a well lit room with disappointing popcorn. I wouldnt even be as mad about this if I hadnt actually gotten up twice during my movie to find someone to literally just turn the lights off. The first time I got up I quickly found an employee behind the consessions and she told me she would go turn them off for me. After returning to my movie they still werent off for 15minutes I went back out to see what gives, the whole front area was empty. Food put away, soda turned off, ticket booth empty, guest services absent as well. I tried for a good 10 minutes to find someone yet noone was there. Do you always leave your guests unattended and dissatisfied?

Me and a friend (both 13) went with my mom who is clearly a parent and clearly said that we could see the movie without a adult and the Staff said we couldnt watch it without an adult 21 or over. Pretty rude about it. We had a dream friend go and watch a rated R movie without a parent there. Wonder what worker lets that happen? The workers sometimes slack off or ingroe coustmers.Waste of time. And the time was wrong on the website (45 minute difference). Also didnt say the parent rule on the website. Cleary not a place to go with a bunch of friends to see a R rated movie. Definitely the worst experience ever with this theater and staff. The doller movies are clearly better.

I love going here to watch movies. Sure, there are a few things that are outdated and some things could use repair such as stained ceiling tiles, but lets be honest... I dont go there to stare at the ceiling. The ticket prices are low, especially for first run movies. The seating is comfortable, even for someone with limited mobility. And they have hot dogs for $1 a piece, which is basically unheard of when going to movies. There is ample parking and plenty of places to grab a bit to eat or something to drink before or after the movie if trying to keep prices as low as possible. Staff is generally always very polite.

This is the nastiest movies I have went to in my years. I am crazy ocd and so I like it neat and tidy. Im orginaly from outta town but me and my girlfriend was In the area so we caught a movie it was a great clean place but they had bugs... Bed bugs. We watched our movie and went straight home while We were . In the car driving home my girlfriend saw a bed bug on my shoulder. Late on that night while sitting on the couch she found another one crawling on the sofa we had to spend 250 dollars on an bedbug specialist to come out and fix the problem so if you dont want to get bedbugs dont go here.

There are two good things going for this theater. Inexpensive tickets and a friendly staff. Other than that its pretty awful. I really wish there was another theater closer to my house. This theater is dirty and in need of renovations. The seats even though look new will make your legs and butt hurt in ways you never thought possible. Dont be surprised if the movie will start 10 minutes late. The regular patrons are often rude people that sneak in food and who will be loud the entire film. There are abandoned cars in the parking lot. Dont make the trip here just to save some bucks.

Lines are super long and S L O W... got there a half hour early and missed the movie we wanted to watch but watched another movie that played a half hour later, what really stunk, we couldnt get three seats in a row! I hate how they dictate where you sit, l like first come first serve. Also there was two annoying pieces of something on the screen, that made for distracting viewing! On the plus side, l thought the bathrooms were clean and l loved the reclining chairs and the sound system! However, I will not be back, the service is pathetic....

Took my sisters here to watch middle school a couple days ago. Spent $10 for tokens for the arcade room and all of the games are their tokens. So my boyfriend goes up to one of the workers and tells her. She said that she can only give us 4 tokens. He told her he wanted to speak to a manager and we stood there waiting for about 5-8 mins and then we walk over to the counter and there over there talking about us and laughing. Very rude workers and horrible service. For now on our theatre choice will stay the amc on sawmill road!

The prices are great and the viewing is as well. Sure the bathroom isnt the best but im not going there to spend my time in a bathroom i go there to watch a movie for a great price. The food is great and the location is great as well, being surrounded by nice restaurants and places to go after. The staff is kind and i love this theater its close to home and fun to go to with a couple of friends, and its a great place for a movie date less people and less noise so you can watch your movie in peace and quiet for a great price.

Prices are great! Its an older theater in need of some renovations, however its conveniently close to our home and its tucked away nicely amongst variety of restaurants and stores, always seats available, good projection and good sound in all theaters. I will admit some of the seats are in need of repair immediately, however not a big issue as you can just change seats. Bottom line, quaint, cozy little movie theater extremely close to home with all the top movies with incredibly reasonable prices on tickets.

Bring a jacket, it feels about 60 or lower in the theater. Theater looks great and seats are comfortable, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Explaining the ticketing and specials makes waiting in line 4-5 times longer than what it used to be. I was going to get popcorn and a drink, but the line was way too long. Yes, its a holiday, but youd think theyd prepare better for that. What used to be a quick, cheap, yet enjoyable experience has changed drastically.

The place was being run by two high schoolers. O eperaon at concession stand so Stubs card members do not get first served. The heater in theatre 4 does not work so we froze all during the movie. I did complain, the kid at ticket desk could. It nothing, knew heater was damaged. The facility is run down and it does not look like new AMC mgmt is going to fix anything. The seats are fun, the staff are friendly. Sad they have to run the place themselves, with no help.

If you are a truck driver and attempting to bobtail to this theatre...DONT...this theatre is extremely anti truck. As I arrived at the theatre, I witnessed another drivers truck (bobtail) being towed (from an almost empty parking lot) and I asked the cop "Am I not park here and watch a movie?" he replied "No". I feel so bad for that driver, that theatre probably cost him approx $500 - $1,000 in towing fees and maybe even his job if he is a company driver.
