I would strongly advise against using Chenoweth Golf Course as a venue for weddings and receptions. There was a series of smash-and-grab thefts in November, 2014 and the golf course management handled the situation extremely poorly. My wife and I had our vehicle broken into and damages exceeded $1000 and personal property with a value of $500 was stolen. Five other vehicles were also broken into the same evening while the lone private security guard was inside staying dry from the rain. The parking lot is poorly lit and no security cameras are able to capture footage, yet the golf course still claims the parking lot is secure. The local Sheriffs office implied that this is a common problem and Chenoweth has done nothing to improve the security or warn their guests of the problem. If you are going to hire a security guard then it would be nice of him to actually do his job! In total, over $5,000 of damages was caused and the golf course is ignoring phone calls and not taking responsibility for any part of the incident. This seems to be extremely cowardly and I would never give them my business. You will risk your security and the security of your guests if you host any sort of party or reception at this facility.

It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. The foursomes that were let out were nothing short of inept when it came to pace of play. Waiting for groups to clear the green on a 315 yard par 4. REALLY?!?! If you are 50-60 years and are driving the ball 300 yards, I will personally pay your way to the Champions tour, but come on, keep up the pace of play. After I finally made my way to the club house to go in and get a refund for 9 holes, the guy at the counter kept asking if it was for a rain check. I told him no, I want a refund. Seemed super delighted to hand over a measly $10. I want to try this course again, but I honestly dont know if I can muster 7 hours out of my day to devote to this place.

We were at our grandsons wedding reception on Saturday, I couldnt say enough about how nice it was. Chenoweth did a great job and the food was exceptionally good, and the staff were very efficient and helpful. We would recommend them anytime.

I love the course but it is a fairly easy course too. There is a beautiful club house and proshop. The course is in good condition and it has some scenery. Overall it is a good course with a good price so I suggest going there!!!

The course is not in the greatest shape great layout great people starters and people at the counter are very friendly enjoy playing here every week nice place Randy the starter is awesome

Actually 3 1/2 stars for me.... Short / Tight Course....Greens can be slow..... The Staff makes this place.... Decent drinks for the price..... Good place to hang out!

Decent course, friendly staff, course was well taken care of but the greens were the slowest of any I have played so far this year. They rolled true but speed was an issue.
