Being retired allows us to attend the matinee showings of the movies we want to see. Speaking about that only...I would say that the pricing is more reasonable and we find the employees to be friendly enough. The theatre is kept clean including the restrooms. Weve had numerous chats the manager and find her to be very friendly and accommodating. We once mentioned that the sound quality during the movie wasnt so good and she promptly refunded the cost of our tickets. It might be time for a "freshening up" of the theatre in general. As for the seating....they have had quite a few butts in them over the years and could stand to be replaced with newer more comfortable seating. For now.... they are passable. We like this theatre.

Ive been going to this theater for years but it recently has not been very good. The prices are insane ($4.50 for a regular bottle of water) and their image quality is lacking. With the last movie I saw, there was either something wrong with the projector or they failed to pull the curtains back all the way because the entire movie was partially letterboxed. And the screen was dirty. How does does your screen get dirty? This isnt the first time Ive seen this here, but this time was really bad.

This theater should probably get a four or a three rating. But while I was there I saw star wars on opening night therefore every part of that night is a five star experience and to say otherwise would not be true to what I believe. I officially recommend the place. When you visit, grab a small mocha chip cup on the go at the small green ice cream booth in the middle of the delicious food court so you have something good to enjoy while you wait for the line for star wars for 2 hours.

Regal Cinemas is an affiliate of AEG – which is owned by the Anschutz Corporation. Head of the corporation, Philip Anschutz, is a huge supporter of the Republican Party. He gave $50,000 to the Congressional Leadership super PAC that supported Speaker Boehner. Right now the place in Kingston is playing an anti-Hillary movie. I go to movies to get away from all this, not to be lectured to by some right-wing nut job.

The movie screening was nice no problems. Theater was clean along with the bathroom. But most of all the staff where friendly an helpful especially the man at the concession stand was the morning most friendly and helpful. With his job. Also staff keep coming into theatre to make sure everyone was behaving themselves

The theater is clean, the lines are relatively short, the seats are comfortable and the acoustics are excellent. On the other hand, the prices are absolutely ridiculous and the employees are not particularly welcoming. Overall, a pretty average experience.

Horrible dental practice! Waited two months for a referral to be mailed and had to call to complain about not receiving it only to be told to call the referred specialist and tell them to call HV mall dental. Very unprofessional !!

Its a clean theatre, but the employees are rude, the prices are outrageous. I go to theatre for convenience but other than that the prices at Lyceum in Red Hook and New Paltz are way more reasonable and they have 3D screens.

All the Employees and the manager except for one male employee are rude - actually the worst cinema I have ever been in. Even when it is brought to the managers attention rude also. Consecutive times rude.

I never have trouble 28th anything a big pricey but its worth it when the staff is nice and few I know from school so I hear they pay great for the staff it all just seems worth it to go spend the money
