Théâtre superbe. Un charme des années 1920 avec une facture contemporaine. Très confortable, avec une scène très près des sièges. La pièce 887 de Robert Lepage qui y jouait était par ailleurs sensationnelle.

I recently attended a music concert in the main theatre, which is large. We were a good ways back to the right, but were able to see the stage just fine. Not really a bad seat in the house - and even if they were poor I wouldnt complain since I got free tickets from a friend. The band was able to do a lot with the visuals on stage, which is a head not do to the theater. I wasnt expecting to be so thoroughly entertained.

A great place to see a play. Not only do they bring in impeccably talented companies featuring luminous stage stars, but the space itself has brilliant character. Old and peeling, these walls have more charisma than the lead actors at some play houses. Sitting on the balcony can get you feeling a bit like a perched bird on the stoll-like seats, but the performance would almost certainly be worth standing for.

Beautiful old movie theater that has been remodeled. The orchestra area is huge and had several levels. The stage area can be transformed to many setups, so you never know how it will look before the show. I havent been to the balcony area in years and the have redone it since I was last there. I do remember the stairs leading to the balcony as being a killer. There are tons of them and they are very steep.

I never tire of the inventive renovation in this historic old theater. Modern seating was installed while the "edges" of the shabby chic interior were left "shabby". The house is comfortable to hear and view at all levels but the very top tier (I would recommend against nosebleed seats for plays or any other event where stage and projected voice are important).

BAM Harvey Theater is a great place to stop by in Brooklyn and get your culture on. The place is small and cozy, the bathrooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. The seating is bleacher style with cushions for your bum. There is also a cafe to grab some coffee and tea or some light snacks and a few tables as well.

I have not been inside in a longgg time. I miss those statues that used to be outside of the building. Many people would oftened take pictures of themselves or family members. Wish they would put those two statues back on the side of that building..

Cool theatre -- went to see Mike Birbiglias new special here. Although, we were sat up in the balcony, and it was nearly impossible to walk to our seats if people were already sitting down because of how little leg room there is. Keep that in mind!

Beautiful theater for movies and shows. State of the art screen and sound for movies but the seats are surprisingly uncomfortable. Very little leg room and the chair backs are rigid. My back and knees were killing me by the end of a 2 hour movie

Great space and great programming, but the acoustics are beyond terrible. After the 2nd or 3rd time youve seen a historic performance there but understood only half of it, the theaters other charms stop mattering.

this cozy theater is great for premiers and Q&A with the actors/directors of the films. Get a membership to save some money and enjoy a lot of benefits, like special screenings and members events.

A beautiful screen and crisp booming sound system make this a great spot to watch block busters and indie movies. The building is an historic landmark and the architecture inside is gorgeous.

Beautiful place! We saw a concert here and most recently went to the movie theater (for the first time) to see the big short. Become a member if you can to get half priced movie tickets ($7)!

This venue always has eclectic shows going on. Ive seen the EDWARD SCISSORHANDS stage show and the "Distant Worlds: Music From Final Fantasy" show at this place. Great memories!
