Came down from Texas to see The Piano Guys in concert. Would not actually go back there for a concert again, even though we love The Piano Guys, just the arts center isnt made for a Piano concert. Even though we were 5 rows away from the stage, the sound quality inside performance arts center was alright, but not great. We saw The Piano Guys back in April at The Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, and thats more of a place to be, if youre going to have a piano concert. My wife noticed the same thing, after the concert was over, so it wasnt just me. The people right behind me was talking about it as well, but my wife didnt realize it, till they brought it up, and then thats when she could tell more, that this art center iant really the place to perform a piano concert.

Tried calling over 10x and absolutely no one picks up, even selecting the centers administrative office, just hangs up. Horrible customer service
