ou treated my disabled son with disdain; chef Rolf and Mike. I am considering suing you for what you put my son through. I will make sure you do not survive. My son, who is the hardest working; most diligent worker I know. But yet, he was put down several times (which I have notated), by Mike. Mike, you can go to hell for the way you treated my son. Chef, you are no better saying in his face: "SORRY"; AND THEN PLUNGING A KNIFE INTO THE BOARD. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. You do no represent any form of human decency. My son was traumatized by all of you, but he stuck it out. Bravo Zach! You are my hero amongst losers in this profession. Dont you EVER CHALLANGE ME. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF DISLOCATED MISFITS WHO ONLY CAN GET ANY JOB THAT THEY CAN. WHAT YOU DID TO MY SON IN TERMS OF VERbAL ABUSE, IS UNACCEPTABLE. AND TO MAKE HIM SIGN FOR BREAKS HE DID NOT TAKE; AND WAS NEVER INFORMED TO TAKE ANY, IS ABBDODMABLE. HE WORKED NON STOP TO PLEASE YOU. And he never took any breaks, yet you made him sign that he did, to reduce his pay. I AM CONSIDERING SUING YOU FOR NOT ONLY ABUSE, BUT, FOR HARRASSMENT TO A NEW EMPLOYEE. YOU ARE a CrOOKED, CHEF. I WILL NOT PUT UP WITH ABUSE TOWARD MY SON. HE NEVER TOOK A BREAK, ALTHOUGH YOU MADE HIM SIGN THAT HE DID. HE WAS NEVER TOLD THAT HE HAD A BREAK AND ONLY WANTED TO DO HIS BEST AND TO PLEASE EVERYONE. HE NEVER TOOK A BREAK BECAUSE NO ONE EVER TOLD HIM HE WAS ENTITLED TO ONE. FOR MIKE TO SAY TO HIM "YOU WILL CLEAN THIS ENTIRE KITCHEN BY YOURSELF" IN A DIRECTIVE WAY; A BAD WAY; TO AN NEW UNTRAINED EMPLOYEE IS DISPICABLE. I AM SUING YOU FOR ABUSE TO A DISABLED EMPLOYEE. YOU BET, I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOU ARE MADE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS; ROLF AND MIKE. YOU ARE NOT WHAT THIS PROFESSION IS ALL ABOUT; RATHER YOU ARE BOTH A DISGRACE. IF HE DOES NOT GET HIS FULL PAY, INCLUDING THE TIME YOU MADE HIM SIGN FOR AS A BREAK ( WHICH HE WORKED AND DID NOT TAKE A BREAK) YOU ARE IN FOR BIG, HUGE, TROUBLE. I WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR ABUSE TOWARD MY SON, PERIOD. PLAN ON A CASE FORCING MY SON TO LEAVE BASED ON ABUSE. MIKE EVEN SAID TO ZACH"I AM SURPRISED YOU ARE STILL HERE". F YOU MIKE. YOU ARE AN ABUSIVE, LOWLIFE WHICH WILL HAVE TO FACE THE MUSIC OF YOUR ABUSE. YOU WAIT AND SEE WHAT I HAVE IN STORE FOR YOU BUSTER. YOU CANNOT DO THIS TO EMPLOYEES. I DONT CARE WHAT YOUR POSITION IS. I HOPE TO SUE THE HELL OUT OF YOU FOR ABUSING MY DISABLED SON. I WILL PUT YOU THROUGH THE MILL. YOU WAIT AND SEE WHAT I DO TO YOU FOR GIVING MY SON THE HARDEST TIME OF HIS LIFE. Possibly the worst family night out in a long time. Complete lack of management, lack of qualified bar-tenders, lack of any skillful waiter/waitresses, lack of bowling alley attendants....We began the night with dinner (we were the only ones eating in the table area)....we all ordered our burgers/salads/pizzas and 15 minutes later the waitress came back and told us several items were unavailable so we re-ordered different options...after an hour and 10 minutes we got our food. Every order was placed in front of the wrong person, sides were messed up, burgers were under/over cooked, sauces were not correct, etc. One of our parties meals was completely forgotten, so he ate 15 minutes after all of us. Water and drinks were NEVER refilled (not even once) throughout our dinner, we actually couldnt find our waitress when it was time to pay.....keep in mind we were the only ones eating in that seating area at the time. We then proceeded to bowling...took about 15 minutes to get shoes and we proceeded to our 2 lanes (which we reserved prior to eating dinner) and found food plates, drinks, etc left there not yet cleaned up. We then went to ask for assistance and after 15 minutes they had it cleaned up and ready to go. We began bowling. There is an advertisement that bartenders come to each lane to take your drink order....and we all really wanted to enjoy some "alley fries"....the bartender never showed. One of the people in our group decided to give up several bowling turns to go get drinks for everyone....she came back after 30 minutes (missed a complete game) with half of the drinks...and told us that there were only 3 other people at the bar.....WHAT???....she then had to go back to get the rest of the drinks, which were not yet made because he "forgot" the order. Then one of our members bowled and the balls and pins got stuck. We had to ask the front desk 3 times to have someone reset/fix it....this took 23 minutes to fix. I could go on about the lack of service, lack of management, and lack of attention, but I think the point is clear. No one has any idea what is going on in this place.....it is very unfortunate because the owner surely spent a lot of money making it look and feel very nice inside. What a shame....we WILL NOT be back.

Planned an office retirement party on Monday from 1-4pm. Contacted them several times in advance, found out they dont take reservations so lanes are first-come-first-served but that Mondays are usually quiet. We also asked if we can bring a cake/dessert for the party and were told that would be fine. We arrived around noon in case there is a waiting list, but we were practically the only ones there. We had a dessert tray (some gluten-free) and a modest bunch of balloons. We spoke with a manager and told him the party will be 15-20 people here for lunch, drinks and bowling. Vito C (he wouldnt give us his last name!) told us they dont allow any balloons or food from outside. When we questioned the rule Vito C told us it is a liability issue and insisted the rule is firm. We brought up the fact that most restaurants routinely accept "BYO" items, but Vito C declared that he has never heard of the concept of "bring your own anything" in any restaurants. (??!!) We told him there is no post about the rule on their website, or at the venue entrance. We repeated that we will be purchasing their food, their beverages, renting bowling lanes and shoes, and just want to share an expensive and carefully selected dessert tray from outside...and that another employee had already given us the go-ahead for the outside dessert. We even offered to be very discreet and keep the dessert out of site of other patrons. Vito C refused to budge or compromise in any way. Keep in mind this would be at least $500 of business during the quietest time of the week for the venue, according to their staff, and potential future business by 15-20 patrons who had never been there before! We walked out, quickly made arrangements to meet at a different restaurant down the street, and scrambled to contact everyone on the party list. The other restaurant not only allowed our dessert tray, they also offered to keep it in their refrigerator during lunch. Its a shame that Stryxe (or at least the manager on duty Vity C) has no concept of customer service, because the venue looked very nice and the lanes and bar looked brand new. Would never return here.
