I went with a group of 8 on a Friday night. While there was no wait time for a single lane, they made us wait for 2 lanes to open since we all couldnt bowl on one lane. Our lane broke down about 8 times during our FIRST game, in a hour and a half we got through 1 and a half games (with 4 people). They moved us to another lane after it stopped yet AGAIN. 5 minutes on the new lane and that one stopped working as well. We were so frustrated we decided to leave and ask for a refund. The manager argued with us about the refund and tried to give us free game cards instead, which we refused telling her we were never coming back. Finally she agreed to give us our money back. She refunded our money to my debit card, but its been 3 days now and the charge has still not been refunded to my account. Waste of 2 hours, we left and went to majestic in woodbridge and not one issue!

I took my 3 year old son for his first time bowling this past Saturday night. I was told to come at 8pm as leagues would be over. I got there at 7:45pm and told it was a 45minute wait. That stinks but whatevever. I got drinks for my son and I; then waited IN FRONT of the woman for 35mins. At 35mins in, I turned around and asked, "Sorry to bug you but I have a 3 year old who is antsy, can you tell me how much longer?" She replied, "at least an hour." When I asked how that is possible, she rudely said "I cant help if people keep buying more frames." I stood in front of her with an overly excited 3 year old for 35 mins! She could have told me sooner, or better yet... let people use what they pay for and move on. My 3 year old saw her attitude and said (no lie) "maybe they just dont want us here". Heartbroken and full of hatred for this place...

This place needs a new bartender!!! We were here with a group of 7, loved the the fun, we took a pitcher of beer and wanted also some drinks, she wouldnt give us the drinks because we had taken a pitcher of beer, we had to come back like 20 minutes later and when we asked for a drink she was rude and said "but you just had one", is there a rule maybe, you can drink only a little bit of beer or have 1 drink? Bartender is the reason for not putting 5 stars. Snacks were great and the other staff was nice and friendly.

My first most depressing experience I ever had brought tears to my eyes ...sad how our fun family bowling night with our two daughters (ages 9&3)became a sad lesson to teach our children about how the world is today smh ...The ppl who attend this bowling center are the MOST RACIST PPL EVER !!! I hope the Hispanic ...Africa American families who want to have a fun night with they family dont attend this place cus it will make u see this world completely different ... god bless ...

Just finished taking 70 of my friends and family there for New Years Eve. Very clean, helpful staff and Considering the size of my group, they took care of us very fast Lanes functioned well. Good sized game room and good food from the grille/snack bar. It was my first time there and we will certainly be back soon.

For the love of god this place needs a new bartender, if you plan on drinking while you bowl DO NOT GO HERE!! At least 15 mins for a drink with NO LINE absolutely unacceptable. The bartender on top of that was rude and expected tips from her terrible service. I would not recommend to a friend

We had a fantastic time at Brunswick Lanes! The staff was majorly accommodating and helpful for our company team building bowling night. On top of the bowling the food was fantastic! Good prices, great taste, and give the full bowling experience.

This place is awful. They have groupon deal anytime you go to use they say open bowling is closed. They say come back at 9. Who wants to bowl at 9 with a 2 and 3 year old. I will not go back.
