I would like to be thorough as to why Im giving a 1 star review so that other people will be aware and will better prepare in case you decide to host a party or an event with Brunswick Lanes. First off, they refused to make any offers for my party. The 2 lanes for 2 hours with only drinks was about $120 dollars WITHOUT SHOES. I didnt plan ahead but arrived with about 20 people and they would not, WOULD NOT, do me the favor of even allowing me to pay for the 2 hour lane rental. it was $6.00 per game, per person. Next, when I got to the food court, they told me that they WERE OUT OF PITCHERS OF SODA..... that it was just removed from the menu. So i had to buy pizzas and all small sodas because they didnt have any more pitchers of soda. Lastly, the ball return was acting up and myself and a few of my guests were waiting for about 15 minutes before someone from behind the counter decided to go around back and fix the ball return. We asked 3 times and all 3 times half of my party were they just watching them all chit chat behind the counter before one of them decided to go back and fix the machine. It was fairly frustrating. I will not be coming back to this alley, the people there made no accommodations for my party at all and the fact the manager was at the food court whispering into everyones ear made it feel as if we were targeted and were denied pitchers of soda on purpose in order to get more money. That last part could be all speculation, but thats how it felt to myself and my guest.

I come bowling here pretty often with my friends since they have pretty good specials. Reason why I gave it a 2 start rating is because.. Every time I come and order food they will say it will take 10 minutes but it comes out in 20 minutes. They dont even bring you the food you have to go remind them. I once got nachos, which was just cheese and chips, it took them 25 minutes and I had to go get them and the cheese was cold and hard and they wouldnt give me a new one. I went again another time, but I ordered boneless wings hoping for a different experience. Again the guy said 10 minutes and asked for my lane, 20 minutes later I go up to see him on his phone and my order and someone else just sitting in the kitchen. And when I got them they were cold and he said "they just came out".... if I pay $12 for 7 wings I would like them to be hot. Now about the bar.ill start off with that the lady is mean and when I went last time with some friends, one of our friends wasnt 21 and she was the designated driver. And we wanted to get a pitcher of beer since its cheaper. She asked for everyones ID at the lane and when she saw our friends she refused to serve us anything. Other then that the place is good for that price but I wouldnt recommend the food and to avoid the bar.

Went on a Friday night with a couple friends. Wasnt crowded or out-of-control. Perfect atmosphere. $17 got us unlimited games (and included shoes) from 8pm-1am. The food was delicious; probably the best bowling alley food Ive had. They also offer a bar and the drinks are decently priced and they have arcade games and a pool table. Staff was really nice and helpful. Lanes and surrounding area was clean. The only thing that could have used some help would be the restrooms, they were a bit dirty.

I regularly go bowling to Brunswick in Fair Lawn, but most of the time, if not all the time, there is always a problem with customer service. The people at the desk constantly ignore me. For some reason, there is a pattern where they would not write my name down on their "reservation" list or when I would order food, the food would go to the wrong lane. I like Brunswick Zone because of the location and its clean atmosphere, but something has to be done about customer service.

日曜日の朝行ったら既に満員で４５分待ちと言われましたが、２時間半も待たされました。店内も寒いし清潔感があまりなかったです。ボーリングの玉もサイズが全然なく、自分のサイズがないまま結局ゲームをしました。待つ価値はなかったような気がします。

I came here today (Sunday) around 5 had a awesome time. Truly recommend we also had pizza which was delicious and the guy that took my order Nick was very courteous and friendly. All the staff was great and seem to truly care about everyone. Great place to have a family funday. We traveled all the way from The city(NYC) and it was so worth will be there soon. My little ones enjoyed themselves so much. Thank you for such a great service.

I had my sons birthday and showed up with about 30 ppl (called ahead and reserved lanes).....everyone had a blast!!!!!!!! Staff was so nice and very attentive to everything we needed....it was very clean and looked brand new....kids loved the arcade too.....very nice place we will definetly be back.....thank you to everyone who worked there expecially Gale (wonderful person). :)

Walked into an empty bowling alley, all but a couple lanes dark, only to be told "theres no lanes available" after a drive to get there. No special events listed on their web site, yet they claimed to have rented the entire bowling alley out to a couple groups. No ability to handle walk up business on a Sunday afternoon at a bowling alley? A sign of a poorly run operation.

My friends and I go bowling every week. In Fair Lawn, not only do the leagues run over by about a half hour, but the workers behind the counter are unable to get more than one lane filled every 5 minutes. They are basically a model of inefficiency, and have a horrible attitude towards customer service.

Was here twice and was lied to both times. Was told there was a 15 to 20 minute wait but ended up waiting an hour and a half both times. No notification or apologies or anything. Food isnt even that good and the bar is hidden. Only go here as a last resort

The customer service there was horrific we were told it would be an hour and a half just to bowl when the place wasnt really that crowded to begin with I felt really uncomfortable in this establishment and chose to take my business elsewhere.

Can be fun, but the aging equipment is a holding it down. During the game, I had to get the staff to reset the lane a couple of times. If you bring your own bowling ball its going to be a better experience.

There are often long waits for a lane, and the employees can be hit or miss in terms of competence and customer service. Otherwise, the lanes are pretty good, and they run good weekday promotions.

Their shoe rental is so expensive. Most of their machines are out of order and you dont find out until after you put in your token. The pool area is nice and their photo booth could be larger.

What a dump all the management thinks about is partys. The lanes are terrible, oil or no oil allies always breaking down. Always good crowds but poor mechanics.

Very family friendly atmosphere. Always a blast and never a wait for a lane to bowl. PS I love the between set animations on the score screen lol

I made a birthday party here and we all had a blast, kids and adults were playing on separate lane. Food was simple and everybody left happy.
