Smalltown Sorbet

I was pleasantly surprised with how fun this golf course was. For being in a tiny town like San Saba, this course is very scenic and fun. Front nine is more open, and the back nine is tucked in between beautiful pecan trees. Not a single sand trap on the course, but tons of water. The 18th hole finished with a long 2nd shot over a lake, to land on the green. Dont expect a "great golf course" or immaculate fairways and greens, but for such a small town, this is a great course.

Great little (30spot) RV park. Clean with nice restroom/shower(1per gender) and laundry room. Laid back front desk folks were friendly and helpful over the phone. We were just passing through so didnt play golf or stay long but def recommend if youre in the area

Not a bad course. They do not sell beer and the range is small. Par 5s are challenging from the tips. They have distance birdhouses for your reference. I would go back again

Quiet, clean, laid back, with nice amenities. Very reasonable rates w/full hookups. 18 hole golf course next door.
