So, I book the room over 3 weeks out for Thanksgiving evening. I paid for it in full at the time of booking. I received 3 separate confirmation emails about the event. 48 hours before our booking, Nathan calls and says we somehow we "snuck in" and they are NOT open on Thanksgiving. I explained to him we booked and paid for it on November 1st and 3 weeks have past. He offered me another night however that wont work as my family is here on Thanksgiving. He explained he will not leave his family on Thanksgiving and did not care about me leaving a review about his un-professionalism! My family was looking forward to this and is now disappointed. There was nothing on there website stating they were closed on Thanksgiving!!!

We booked the only available room on a raining Saturday - Conquered Embassy. All clues were based on the same thing so once you were stuck you were very stuck. The room was very dark and felt like all clues pointed back to the same thing. There were 4 of us and we did have a good time but if there was more variety throughout the challenge, it would have been more entertaining. I was the only one that had a previous experience with an escape room so I had something to compare it to. I previously went to House of Conundrum and feel they do a better job of making you use different thought process for each of the clues. Probably wont come back to the Escape Omaha unless its the only option available.

So, my friends and I do a ton of escape rooms all around the United States. Ive done this place--escape Omaha--twice and both times are the two worst escape room experiences. Weve gotten best times at some places and not even escaped other places, but this place has mostly incoherent clues. Its basically plug and chug try numbers you see in random order around the room. Meh. In other escape businesses, the storyline and clues and puzzles and riddles are fun to solve, challenging! Here, mostly mindless. Also the service is impersonal and it is rather expensive which I wouldnt mind if it were good, but its on the pricer side of the escape room spectrum and is the worst.

We scheduled three rooms for a work team-building experience. Two of the rooms had no air conditioning, and the temperatures felt like 80- 90 degrees. The fans provided didnt produce enough coolness. The heat was unbearable and the outside temperature was about 90. A phone call ahead of time to let me know of the situation was the right thing to do, so we could reschedule or cancel, but that didnt happen. The team members werent aware of the situation until after everyone was in their rooms. What could have been a fun time was miserable.

I did the Forgotten Outpost with my fiance and my parents, and we loved it! The room was well decorated with period-specific pieces, and it included lots of subtle details that added to the experience. The staff was eccentric about the experience, and they clearly enjoyed living the puzzle life. The puzzle wasnt too terribly difficult, but it was diverse enough that all four of us were able to meaningfully contribute. Good value, and a great activity.

Got together with some friends to conquer the Area 405 challenge. It was mostly variations on a theme but we still had fun. Would most likely visit again. Staff was very accommodating when part of our group was late. Also, booking via the website was quick and easy.

My wife took me here for my birthday with some friends and we had a blast! The puzzles was well constucted, and the environment was great. I plan to take more of my friends here. Thanks to the staff as they were pretty cool and helped us after our hour was up. Cheers.

So we came here for New Years Eve. It was by far the best activity we have ever done as a group of friends! We were very close to solving the puzzle, but we failed. Would highly recommend this to any group looking to have a great time

I was disappointed in the room we had. All clues were based on the same concept. No variety. I thought it was a poorly constructed theme. Ive only done one at this location, but if the room we had was typical I would not recommend.

Had a 12th birthday party for our son here - he and his friends loved it! Owner and staff were friendly and helpful, facility was clean and provides coffee, water and a comfortable waiting area. Great to have them in Aksarben!

I took my wife here on her birthday and we were both pleased with our visit. Paige was our helper and she did amazing! I highly recommend this for anyone looking to do something that is not the typical date night.
