I was there attending a birthday party and it was the worst experience ever. We arrived for a 6:30 party, kids didnt get pizza until 9:00. My granddaughter was hit in the back of her head by a Gatorade bottle after I asked the kid to stop throwing things before he hits someone. I yelled at the kid and then told a staff member. He says ok but no apology. The place was total chaos and totally out of control. The staff didnt seem to care because they werent paying attention to anything that was going on. If you ask me, a birthday party after 5:00 on Saturday should never happen. It was awful, and the most ghetto night ever. At one point, a balloon popped and I saw some kids duck like a gun went off. Thats not the worst of it but I cant say what the worst is on here. All I know is that I was uncomfortable the whole time I was there. I dont know what you think a family oriented place is but trust me when I say this, the Garland location is by far the worst place to have a party. They could use some pointers from the Rockwall location because it is always a pleasure visiting their location. This location requires more experienced staff to operate it. The current staff is young and dont seem to care. They need to be trained to operate a facility like this. The facility may have you sign a waiver in case you get injured, but that waiver will not protect the facility if harm is caused by another person. Letting kids run around out of control and throwing things is chaos. No supervision, no rules and no apology when I informed a staff member. Apparently by the other reviews, this is not the first incident of kids throwing things at other kids and it seems to happen during late parties. Maybe you should have experienced adults running the place after 5:00.

First off, I want to start off by saying that since this location has been open my family and friends and made a point to come here several times a year to enjoy the park. This weekend I bought 3 4 pack passes (spending over $210) for 9 kids to come play with my 3. Well, a new policy is in effect to where you HAVE to either buy their socks ($2.50/pr) OR jump bare foot. Okay, I understand new policies but not the way this one is being enforced. I get there, get my wrist bands (pay over $210) sign all the waivers, the kids go off to jump, about an hour in workers start telling them that they have to take off their socks OR go buy a pair of URBAN AIR socks. After the 5th kid came to me upset I went back to the front to see what the deal was. I was told the same thing. I have no problem with policy but if this is something you want to enforce then I think that you should INCLUDE that information up front when a customer is buying tickets to get in. At this point Im irritated and so are the kids. I asked the manager if we could look past it this one time, she tells me NO. I ask if there is a discount because I am purchasing over 10 pairs she tells me NO. Eventually I buy the socks so not to upset the kids but I promised that I would write a review. I understand that policies change, but if you are asking for additional money from someone and NONE of your services are refundable, its only fair to disclose EVERYTHING up front. I wont be back. I will find a new way to entertain the kids as the employees and management here arent concerned with quality customer service.

Our family has been to urban air on several occasion. Today it was so bad! The place was nasty! Someone threw on on the mat in the little kid section & on the floor. I told the only person I could find ( in the food court) she said shed send someone right away... 30 minutes later a girl comes with a mop & only mops part of it up then leaves. A family member put a wet sign over it since kids were running through it. 30 minutes later a girl is walking around with paper towels but not cleaning anything then she leaves.Throw up still on the floor & mat.. 1 hr later I go to the front desk to complain... theres 5 people standing there. I said give me paper towels & Ill clean it myself.... the young man at the desk response...we have it under control. I did tell them it was ridiculous! If there had been a monitor on duty it wouldve been taken care of right away. But no we had to keep asking for assistance. A cone was finally put out to keep the kids off but little kids dont understand why they were there. Finally someone comes to clean it. Did she use disinfectant NO!!! She only cleaned it with paper towels!! My suggestion to management.... hire people over 16 to run your place!! I saw no one over 18 working there!!! Also I only saw one area with a monitor! Seriously!! This place has gone down hill so much!! I will not recommend this place ever!

Place is a joke. Rude employees. Young employees that are not helpful. Adam the manager is clueless, the kiosk machine took our 10.00 and didnt dispense a card, nor did it give us our money back. Waited 15 minutes for the manager Adam to come fix it and all we were told was to leave our name and number and it will be turned into corporate to see if we will get a refund, are you kidding me. Said it is in a blind spot so he was unable to see on camera us put the money in, like seriously, why would the kiosk machines be out of camera view. Then the place is dirty, no chairs or tables to sit at to watch kids play. But after that incident, i sat in a reclining chair to wait for my granddaughter to get her shoes to leave and this rude lady Vanessa came and told me i cant sit in the chair unless i put money in it, like really, If they would clean the place there would be a place to sit but all i did was sit for like 40 seconds, then she told 2 more people after that who had only sat down to put their shoes on, like really she was monitoring the massage chairs, but their was literally no place else to sit, i even did a video as proof to send to corporate myself. Screw that place i will take my money and grandkids elsewhere and have a great time. This place sucks.

My son and I went here two weekends ago. We have a lot of fun visiting different trampoline parks. We have been to several Urban Air locations and this by far was our least favorite. If we needed something, we had to find someone. There was no one posted at the stations. No one officiating the dodge ball game. No one over the warrior course. No one encouraging parents to keep toddlers in their designated areas. No one seemed to care about the areas we paid extra to access. Free access to everyone, any age, no one seemed to care. We were constantly having to maneuver around underage kids in the big kid areas. This place is terribly disorganized. I am not typically one to gripe but felt I wasted my time and money, when my son and I could have been having a better time someplace else. A waste of time and money. We will not be back. I spoke to the manager on duty. He seemed to think the place "was" organized and assured me of this. So, I humored him, only to walk back out to the floor without an employee to be seen.
