Whoever owns this establishment needs to pay a visit. The management is absolutely horrible! My wife and I of 10 years took our son (for his 6th birthday), our daughter (9), along with his 2 favorite cousins age 9. After their mascot started a shawdow boxing match with one of the cousins, the other came over to join in on what Im sure he thought looked like fun. Shortly thereafter our daughter joined in. Well, apparently "play" got a little too rough and 20 minutes after "play" had stopped, my wife was pilled aside by management and one of the cousins was being accussed of "assault". If the mascot didnt want to be touched, then he/she probably shouldnt start a boxing match. Its not like it was the best place in the world. Way too many games were broken, only 2 of the 6 rookie go carts worked, the games that did wor were out of tickets, and to top it off the staff was absent at best. I will never set foot there and would never suggest that anyone else set foot there. Doesnt even come close to comparing to Chuck E Cheese or Incredible Pizza.

Okay, so we spent $35 to play miniature golf at a "nice" course. While you can see that it might have been nice at one point in time, it was just plain bad. Trash was all over the course, but at least some of it was put to good use. On one hole, the (water) drain cover had come off, so someone put a Gatorade bottle in the hole so your ball didnt roll into the (waterless) "stream". Most of the "hit your ball into a hole on one level and watch it come out another" tricks were not working. Either the ball got stuck and you had to fish it out, or (as in the case of the 14th hole) the balls just plain disappeared. When I went in to report the problem, the girl at the counter said not one word to me (such as an even insincere, "sorry!") and gave me replacement balls. All white. Great. ("Okay kids, now whose was the Titleist 2?") We didnt do any of the other activities there, but dont go to this place for the golf.

I have held several parties at Zuma North. Some of the staff have not been helpful at all while others have gone out of their way to make us happy. The first time we went there was about 3 yrs ago - the food was not the best, games were not all working, and the mini-golf course was rather trashy. However, I was told that the owners had fired the management company and were going to start fixing it up. So we have gone back...I have seen some improvements and can tell that they are trying. The GM David is very helpful and tries to get the staff to do more cleaning. I am rating everything as Good because there are still areas that need improvement. For everyone who said poor or very bad...did you talk with the manager before you left?? They cant see or hear everything about the facilities/staff. Let them know so that it can be fixed.

I would agree with the comments on the conditions - bumper boats especially! We had fun but a couple negative events occurred with the go-karts. One involved a malicious youth who intentionally tried to run our son off the track multiple times. There were about 4-5 employees working the track and none of them noticed or responded. Wife and I got the kid kicked off the track. So that was a positive. The second event involved the poor judgement of an attendant to return a hat to a driver while the race was taking place, resulting in a large pile-up and a few whiplashes, including our son. The mini-golf was pretty decent. No fire ants as described by an earlier poster. Game room was really weak - 98% ticket-driven games. I was hoping to see at least one popular joystick game from the 80s or 90s.

My family reserved a party here based on the pictures on the webpage but this place is disgusting ..please dont rate by the pics on the website....the stage was dirty and disgusting ...the restrooms were just as dirty it makes you wonder how did the employees wash their hands....every game we played was not working and therefore we had to wait on an employee to refund our tokens...the golf course was horrible my grandson fell numerous of times due to boards popping up ..only one go cart was working for the younger kids.....I cant believe the prices due to the fact this place needs to be shut down for remodeling!!! Hopefully Emily Akins can get this place shut down before a kid gets hurt or someone becomes deathly ill due to the unsanitary conditions.

This place is the epitome of ghetto! I am a minority and I have never been so disgusted with my own people. And you type of idiots wonder why they give the man in Washington such a hard time. I truly feel like this place should be closed down and I am not sorry if these type people couldnt get employment shoveling horse manure. And I definitely dont want MT tax dollars paying for them, their clubbing, nor their @#$% baby daddys. This place make me wish our country was strickly survival of the fittest. The employees and the skipping rude customers made me feel disgusted with the new generation minorities. Our civil rights fathers would have turned over in their graves.

Where do I begin? When we first walked in, I could see that there were water bottles and various trash laying on the stairs and floor. Walking through the games to the ticket counter, games were broken, lights were out. The mini-golf course was worse, if thats possible. It is VERY poorly lit, kids were running around without supervision, turf was covered with debris so when you hit your golf ball, its direction can change many times. They also have an ant problem. I was bitten five or six times by fire ants while on the mini-golf course. Would not recommend to anyone until they fixed this place up.

Decades ago, I took my children at Zuma Fun Center in Kuykendal, Spring Tx. We had a lot of as I remember. This was my first time in Houston branch and I was totally dissatisfied. I felt as if I wasted my time and financially rob. Most of the operated machine games werent working. My daughter and I took her children to ride the go carts got bumped multiple times due to the numbers of many people and not have enough space. Zuma Fun Center needs to upgrade everything. They have the right ideas. Unfortunately, everything there is decades old.
