My daughter celebrated her birthday at Shenaniganz at Rockwall. I thought everything will be according to our party package agreement...Good host, they will provide the food (pizza, unlimited drinks, ice cream, ordered food for the adults, utensils and entertainment...It turns out, the host is like your assistant and Im still the one who is entertaining the kids. The food was not served immediately while the kids are restless after playing. The DRINKS...there is no drinks available for our guests and not even water. I have to ask about it to our host and she said it will come together with the pizza. WHAT??? The little kids are so thirsty after playing bowling and mini golf and we have to wait for the drinks that I paid for? How can it be unlimited drinks if they were not served immediately in the first place? And as far as for the food, they were not served right. I ordered fresh fruit skewers, party sampler (Hand-breaded Fried Mozzarella, Buffalo Wings and Seasoned Fries), Wing platter ( flavored Buffalo Wings which I chose BBQ and mmm good flavor), It came out everything Spicy buffalo wings. NO Ice Cream Served but it is part of our agreement. Since I was too busy entertaining our guests and kids, you wont realized until you get home and wonder how come the ice cream were not served? How come too many left overs of buffalo wings? Guess what? TOO SPICY for the Adults and kids to eat...I emailed them immediately about this and the party coordinator said the manager will call me...Did not...I have to call them Monday afternoon. The manager said they can not give reimbursement for the ice cream since I already paid for it. She apologized over the phone about what had happened but you can feel it was not sincere but for me to stop complaining and to hang up the phone. It is like a scripted apology (with a monotone voice). And you know what the manager said about the water? She said the water dispenser is inside the room...Here is the logic, do you think I will complain if i found the water dispenser so I can give to the kids right away? She insisted theres water provided in the room. But how come the host did not even let us know that there is water available since I already asked about the drinks? She could have said, we have water available if they want... To compensate to this situation as per manager, is to give a playing card for my daughter...Thinking about this, you dont need additional playing card since the party is over but a heartfelt apology from them..I do not know if we are going to celebrate another birthday to this place

I do not recommend this place. Definitely stay away if you want to bowl. I understand this isnt where professional bowlers go, but the lanes were terrible. First off, my rented shoes had about an eighth inch of sticky gunk all over the bottom of them. I got no absolutely no slide action on the shoes. They stuck like glue. The employee cleaned them, and I hoped it would be the end of it, but I stuck like glue again right after. The whole bowling area was sticky and the shoes should have been thrown away a year ago. Second, their ball selection is dismal. According to their thumb holes, I needed a 14 pound ball. They had exactly one available, and less than half the lanes were being used. It really didnt fit right. The people in the lane next to me were also having trouble finding a ball. Furthermore, our lane definitely had a bulge in front of the head pin, and a falloff to the right. Balls thrown right in the pocket would slide right out. Even my date who knows nothing about bowling asked me why her ball kept curving at the end. Finally, the "go karts" are battery powered (slow) and the track is very very tiny. Its obviously designed so that people cant easily pass each other as two karts could just barely fit side by side. This means as long as someone isnt hugging the side, good luck on passing them. The video games were fine. If youre just taking your kids here to kill time its probably fine. Otherwise give it a pass.

would just like to say this is not against the company itself but rather the dining experience . I took my 7 kids here for my sons birthday. got 2 of your THE DEAL PACKAGES @ 49.99 and one TWICE THE FUN FOOD AND FUN COMBO ,a salad, and the sampler platter.my waitress brought the two real deal packages ... however did not bring the sampler , or cards and she had to be reminded of both..was not a major til the check came...and I see she added gratuity saying it was COMPANY POLICY....for a table full of kids and two adults...with one person putting in the order . the total bill was 207.36..paid cash, hard earned cash. I asked for a to go box for my sampler since kids were set on playing games she dropped box off and walked off, so you can add 18% gratuity , not bring out my complete order ,not bring my game cards ,yet me asking to box my sampler platter was a no go?? and I could completely understand if she was super busy but there were a total of 3 occupied tables..it really tarnished a good night and I would have addressed there but kids were present and did not want to dim my sons birthday...not a happy camper..if Im paying that kinda tab is it wrong to want the customer service that SHOULD come with this type of venue....truly lost a repeat customer

You lost 5 customers On New Years eve. My family of 5 purchased the New Year special for 189$. We all ate dinner, purchased go cart rides, and put extra money on the cards for games. We were supposed to have unlimited bowling and the timer ran out before we even finished our game. Then to top it off No one in my party got a New Year Hat, blow horn, or bubbles that were given out. Plus no one warned anyone that the games and ticket machines would cut off at midnight. So while I was on a game playing and about to win a bunch of tickets for my lil girl the game shut off. Then my lil girl is in tears because yall shut the machines off while she was putting her tickets in the machine to get counted. So she lost all of her tickets. This was the 2nd time we chose to come to yalls event, but it wont happen again. You would think that since it was a New Years special yall would set your hours back to at least 1 hour and let people celebrate. Not say Happy New Year get out now! Oh and the people that pay for the special should get their hats and favors when they pay so yall can place better orders to your supplier. Or at least make sure all the kids get a hat.

Took the family and some of the kids friends for a day of fun here during Christmas break. 6 teenagers and 2 under 10. They have lots of options for the kids to pick and choose from and the layout of the facility is great. 10-15% of the electronic games were out of service. Games range in price from $2-$3.50 per play. Only 2 out of 8 ticket redeemers were working. Standing in a long line for 20 mins with a 5 year old to redeem their tickets was no fun. We played 6 laser tag games and had trouble with the equipment every single game. The arrow frenzy and bow challenge games were great. The indoor carts were much more fun than anticipated. Bowling was as expected. Pizza was well priced and enjoyed by all. One would think with as much revenue as this place generates, especially during a time when the kids are out of school, they could put a little of that back into maintaining/replacing the equipment for a superb guest experience. We spent 6 hours here and had an OK time overall.
