I came tonight to watch The Avengers with my husband. We do not get to go out much, so it was a special treat. We both ordered nachos and sat down as it started. I ate 2 chips and they were so completely stale I got up right away to exchange them in hopes to get some fresher ones. I went and sat back down, and tried a few more, they were pretty stale tasting as well. I ate about 4-5 of them trying to see if I could get through them, upset that I was given something inedible but trying to determine if it was worth it since I hadnt eaten before we left, planning to have some nachos. I set them aside and planned to ask for a refund when I left, so I did not have to miss more of the movie. I was surprised when the young man would not give me my money back since I had "had some" well yeah, how else would I know they were stale. And since I had already brought some back that were stale, obviously they were not good. I demanded a refund, asked for his manager, and was told there was nothing that could be done. I never cussed at or belittled the kid behind the counter, who finally took out his wallet and gave me $4 back from his own money. If the company has a "no refund" policy they need to change it. Not everyone has money to go out to the movies and when they do they should get good food and good service. This young man did the right thing in giving me back the money that I spent, but the company needs to give him HIS money back. There is no way that he should have had to do that. He should have had the freedom to open the register and give me a refund for a stale, nasty product. I could understand if I came out with my first complaint and half or more of the nachos gone, but considering there were only 4-5 chips it should have been obvious they were gross. I will be contacting his manager tomorrow as I was told the store manager is there from 9-3 every day and was not available to handle my complaint or could not be reached on the phone for further advice for this teen.

Stale Chips

We walked to this Cinema on one of our nicer recent days. Had a snowball fight on the way with the fun that was surrounding us. We were in a great mood when we arrived. I was surprised that the largest popcorn bucket, and two pops were so cheap, for being refillable. The seats were amazingly comfortable leather or the like, reclining with armrests that went up to cuddle up to kids or your date. I didnt have to fidget around to avoid the usual discomfort theatre seating provides me. The popcorn was fresh and they were popping more while we were there. Plenty of popcorn butter and flavors. You can even just stop by and get some popcorn with out seeing a movie! We seen Kung Fu Panda 3 Enjoy your life. Always let the good outweigh the bad.

The theater its self is fine. The.only problem is the reclining chairs. I dont wanna recline and they squeak. Plus yude people walk down the isle and lean in them and make you recline and dont say sorry or excuse mme or anything.

The arcade games are fun, I won a Nokia from the claw machine. I decided to test its durability so I flushed it down the toilet. Once I got the toilet unclogged the Nokia still worked! Good movie theater, 10/10.

I like this cinema. Especially that it has stadium seating. Dont like some of the people that go there. People putting there feet on other seats and kicking the back of my seat. Otherwise great.

A bunch of teens and annoying immature adults talking LOUDLY during the entire movie. Had to get up and tell the staff, they still continued to talk. Other then this i enjoyed it.

This is a surprisingly nice country theater. Good seats and reasonably clean, and they often play different movies from the other two theaters in Franklin County.

Ticket prices are reasonable, and they have a small arcade to pass time before the movie starts. Theaters are always clean, and the seats are comfortable.
