Our movie experience was ruined by some talkers during the showing. In the middle I had to get up and get the manager. He promptly came, hushed several people and stayed to keep the quiet. I was impressed the manager went out of his way to see our movie experience was good. He even offered a refund afterwards. Oh, by the way, this all almost ended with fisticuffs afterwards in the lobby. People if you want to constantly keep guessing the plot and talking it all out loud. STAY AT HOME! At least there you can get all that boisterous glory from your girlfriends and kids after you guess what is going to happen ten minutes before it happens!

Very bad experience long line up with only one person selling tickets. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. The manager started selling tickets starting from the back of the line at her desk to people that just got there. When we complained along with other people she said she was taking care of the game section. There was only a couple of people when we looked. She should have gone to the ticket counter so people waiting in line so long could go first. We got there early but the wait in line almost missed the beginning of the movie.and some people did depending on what movie. She was not very polite and had an attitude.

We had a bad time at a movie and left halfway through, the other people watching were loud and obnoxious and we couldnt enjoy ourselves. We told the customer service employee and she was very understanding and offered us a refund. Weve been going to this theatre for years and never had a problem before this but they handled it extremely well and well keep coming back for years.

the movie was great but customer service is really bad. We live 1 hour away and my grandson forgot his phone in the theater. When you call them and choose the only option offered to speak to a live person it drops the call tried 10 times and same results hummmm what has happened to live customer service these days

Staff is friendly and helpful, theatre itself was nice and clean. The mens bathroom was a little dirty, but my wife said the woman bathroom was very dirty, poop on the toilet seats, trash on the floor. We were here at ten in the morning. No reason for it to be that dirty.

This movie theater is badly infested with mice and the managers arent doing nothing about the situation. Very disappointed since in the last 2 yrs weve gone ea time we seen them and one even crawled up my sons leg.

We have been sitting for 15 min now and the movie has not begun, we were told there is a problem with all the cines, never had this happen before, hope it gets fixed soon, I have some very upset ant antsy kids.

This place has been a source of entertainment for my family for years. Most mall theaters are far from convenient, but this one is easy to get to with the south entrance directly connected to the theater.

My only problem was that the urinals needed to be cleaned. Looked like they bad9been cleaned in a month. Bad sign when you walk into the mens room and saw a wallflower plug-in from Bath and Body.

Easily accessible movie theater with good seats, daily clean theaters and a good service concessions area. Crowds are never really bad and other moviegoers are usually courteous.

This theater is OK. I prefer to go to assigned seating and lounge chair theaters if at all possible. So far I havent used or seen that type of seating here.

Saw Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. The seating is nice, but the screen is too big for the room. Watching action can give you a headache.
