Just got back from seeing the special screening of Tekken: Blood Vengeance and the experience was horrible. They NEVER turned off the lights during the movie despite me leaving and TELLING THEM to turn them down, MISSING a part of the movie. Also the ticket guy nearly forgot to give us our 3D Glasses (I had to ask for them). Not to mention the air conditioning is barely there. The worst part is that this was a one showing only event. Thanks for ruining it, guys. If this were my only bad experience here that would be one thing, but when I went to see Thor they screwed up too. They once again forgot to turn down the lights and left the radio on during both the previews AND the first chunk of the movie and we had to complain to get them to restart the movie and fix it. Many of the theaters are also small and kinda cramped too. I will not be going to see Captain America here and will be avoiding the theater as much as possible from now on. Screwing up a mid-day showing of a "leaving theaters soon" movie is one thing, but botching a $15 one-time-only event?! Unforgivable.

THE LIGHTS IN IMAX THEATER IS HUGELY DISAPPOINTING, SMALL LED LIGHTS GUIDING THE PATHWAYS AND LIGHT EMISSION FROM THE SCREEN IS ENOUGH TO GUIDE ANYBODY THROUGH THE EXITS. DO NOT, REPEAT-- DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP THE WALL LIGHTS ON AND 4 CEILING LIGHTS DIMLY ON THROUGH OUT THE MOVIE, TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR KIND OF LOOKING GUY BUT WAS NOT HELPFUL. WENT TWO TIMES, 2ND TIME WAS LAST TIME, not going to this theater again. I MEAN ITS IMAX MOVIE, I EVEN SAW THE SIGN OUTSIDE FOR LETTING THE STAFF KNOW IF NOT THE 100% SATISFIED, WHICH I DID, ISSUE NOT SOLVED. VERY DUMB MISTAKE FOR CINEMA LIKE REGAL TO FALL INTO. another is SEATING is hugely disappointing, very stiff, no movement at all. you sit in same position through out the 2 hours of the movie. and overpriced looking at all this funny dumb stuff for a fancy looking cinema... go to watch AMC instead, way better.

I go to this theater regularly. Its a movie theater, so all the usual pros and cons. I generally stay away from the theater food but there are a lot of decent options just outside the theater so this isnt hard. The pros unique to the Mills: an abundance of movie screens so they have lots of show times for your movie, an IMAX theater, and multiple theaters with 3D capabilities. The seats arent bad, its fairly clean, and the people who work there are quite pleasant. I havent had a bad experience and this is my default movie theater. I find that their movie times posted are very reliable, so I dont know what the other reviewer is complaining about. I patently disagree that AMC West Olive is better. Its smaller, with fewer options. But its not a bad option. And no IMAX.

Popcorn and drinks at any theatre are overpriced nowadays, but at least you dont have a whole lot of big crowds at this theatre, as long as it isnt something thats ONLY playing at this theatre where the entire auditorium will be filled. Here, however is a theatre that has survived a lot of the blight that has plagued this mall in the past 5 years. With that, there arent a lot of people seeing the movies sometimes (during the day and late at night) therefore there isnt a ton of audience noise during the movies. I come here and use my Regal card to get either a free popcorn, free drink or even a free movie once in a while.

Went to see Detroit. The movie was good. The ticket ($9.90) was too high for an afternoon movie and the food is ridiculously priced. The movie was to start at 12:55, but it took an extra 15 minutes. The extra 15 minutes showed tv, Netflix, and new movie previews. YAWN! This is my second time at this movie theatre. The first time I spent $25 for a movie, popcorn, and soda. At the Chase Park Plaza Cinema (upscale hotel with theatre), movie ticket is $5 and $7-$10 for popcorn and soda with a free refill. I dont think Ill be back a Regal Cinema St. Louis Mills.

Took my niece to see the movie Eclipse. What a horrible experience. I would never let my kids go back to this theater again, especially on a weekend. We had some ignorant a$$ people behind us on their cell phones, talking throughout the whole movie. What is the point in coming to a movie when you arent watching it? I couldnt understand why they would pay $10.50 each to sit and talk to each other for 2 hours. This mall is going downhill...I bet it will end up just like Northwest Plaza and Jamestown in 5 more years...closed or desolate.

Decent experience but why are tickets $9+ during the work week in the morning? Also they didnt even have a senior discount. This place was virtually empty! Which is great for those who dont like crowds but horrible for business. If you usually have that many empty seats (there was 1 other person the show we were watching which mimic the whole theater) during the day jump on the band wagon and have special pricing for early work week shows. People would consider coming if the prices were cheaper.

The place was empty maybe because it was during the night. Almost nobody in the parking lot or the theater. St. Louis is considered to be the 15th most dangerous city in the world right now, so that could have had something to do with it. It wasnt kept up very well there was popcorn and garbage on the floor. The good thing was that the movie did play well with no issues and the sound was good. Good enough for 3 stars.

I personally like this theater. Went to see a thousand words about 2 weeks ago and had a great experience. Great, friendly workers, clean lobbies and theaters, stadium seats, and clean bathrooms! Food was over priced as most theaters are but it was very good and worth every penny. I definitely would recommend this theater. Would have giving them a 5 but the food prices took 1 star away lol.

THE BEST movie theater in the St.Louis area. PERIOD. You know when you read reviews on restaurants and theres always some bad ones for THE best places......chalk up any and all bad reviews on St. Louis Mills Mall(I refuse to call it St.Louis Outlet Mall! Lol)

Overly expensive, the sound was loud, but not great, and what happened to the rumble seats and personal speakers? And what happened to seats that actually fit people? Im not fat, and Im not abnormally large, but those seats were small and uncomfortable.

I love that theres a stadium seating theater so near my home! The food prices are pretty high tho, but what theater isnt. I usually rate a theater by its popcorn...this one gets for stars. Dollar show theaters usually have THE WORST POPCORN!

One of the few attractions still here since the start, I am surprised and impressed that Regal didnt just shut it down and skip town to make more money!!! Hats off to you, for youre one of the best attractions still at the Mills!!!!!

I went to see The Birds last night, my first movie at this theater. What a clusterfuck of technical difficulties. Im not sure who was in charge of the DVR but they should be fired.
