Liars work here and they play Political agenda Ads. Politics, something some of us would hope to take our mind off while at the movies. This time about anti trump and Al gore saying we should stop space exploration. So we had finaly had time to get together and waste $$ on popcorn soda and tickets, over 2weeks planning Sunday to see a new release film I even called 6/23 at 10:05am, and again 6/25 11:40am to ask and was assured 4pm show was in theater 1, the LARGE screen, then at 3:55 we get there, buy tickets, told go to 1, but wait it started at 3:20? why would they sell us THOSE tickets when we said 4pm show..ok told go to service desk, switched them, I asked a 3rd time, this is the LARGE theater just like 1 right? "it should be, yeah."..Definitely was NOT. A small screen with vertical heavy streaks through it and so blurry we just wanted the film to be over with! Our tight scedual they didnt care so its not like we could just "come back another time" knowing in a couple weeks it would be off the BIG screen anyway,Very upset we wasted that money because of liars, we used to enjoy coming here.

When we firsr arrived we had little money for consessions and the lady at the front desk was very niced and helped us find a cheaper option. The movie was very good and the seats were comfortabe but after the moovie when we went to the arcade the man servicing the machines was a jerk. We found a prize sitting beside a machine. Not knowing it was his we picked it up. He said " I thought you were honest people untill you tried to keep that". when he told us it was his we put it back down, but he didnt seem to care. We told him multiple times that we didnt know it was his. He went on and on about how he dose not let people play the games while hes servicing the machines but we looked "honest" untill we picked up what we thought was a item someone had left.

I approached 2 managers with my concerns and they showed no sympathy, no empathy, or remorse. They didnt use any customer service skills and dismissed my complaints. So I decided to voice them on this review. I advised them that the theater seats werent comfortable and had a foul smell and the floor was dirty. I also mention that the movie "Mother" was horrible. The reason I sat through the entire movie was because i was hoping it would all come together at the end. I understand they had nothing to do with production, but they didnt care. I wasted 2 hours of my 35th birthday in this mediocre establishment that i wont be able to get back :(

This is one of the worst theaters Ive ever been to. It is far too expensive, the food and popcorn is kind of shity, the tickets and food were incredibly expensive, and to top it all off, there was about 50 minutes of advertisements and other known since before the movie actually started. I paid for ticket to a show that supposed to start at 7:20. It didnt start until about 8:10. I will never be going back to this theater again. I would literally rather wait until the movie is out on DVD to. I will never be going back to this theater again. I would literally rather wait until the movie is out on DVD to see it.

This place is unfortunately continuing to spiral. They keep a short staff, lines are getting long even during very slow times. They have also raised prices over and over again... just stood in line and missed a movie after concession guy took 10 minutes per couple to serve......yes 20 minutes to help 4 people in front of me with another 4 to go. When I went to get a refund it took another 15 minutes to talk to the manager and he almost didnt even ask why I wanted the refund......ugh

Bought tickets at the kiosk for myself and two siblings. Waited for an hour to watch the movie, went in and bought a $7 WATER. Then proceeded to go take our seats. The guy wouldnt let us through because my siblings didnt have IDs (as hes escorting us to the counter to get my money back) two 15 year olds walk out of the same movie and state that they are underage and the movie was great. We were treated poorly and I was very un-impressed and upset. Never going here!

Been here too many times to count! Never had any major problems and any minor problems I have had were handled quickly and efficiently. However, the last two movies I have seen here were presented poorly. The screen was stained, the projector was splitting the rgb colors to a noticeable degree, and the sound was too soft for a THEATER experience in my opinion. Those two visits were out of the ordinary for me so my review will be 4 stars instead of 5.

The theatre is very nice, however I was there during a matinee and there was a long line at concessions and one person handing the line (slowly). Another guy seemed to be moving things around behind him and then walked away to a front desk and was over it. The young lady selling tickets jumped in to help fill the orders he was taking but seriously.. if there is a long line, everyone should help. We didnt spend all that money to stand there.

It was great, the cinema building inside and out is very clean the popcorn was fresh popped and very good. The service of the staff was also very good, the theater I was in was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. It has an inside and outside box office and inside ticket kiosks where you can buy tickets if the inside ticket desk is busy or also where you can get your previous purchased tickets. Definitely gets a 5 star rating.

SO GLAD there is still ONE movie theater offering a discount night! For the past 8 years, my (now) hubby and I have taken date night on Tuesdays, because many theaters once offered a discount. Only the Regal College Station still honors that practice, and Im so grateful! With the less expensive theaters such as The Palace and Campbell 16 going out of business, I hope those with limited entertainment budgets spend their money HERE!

My sister and I went to watch insidious 2 .. the young man at the ticket window was very polite and friendly.. once inside .. it was very clean and well kept. Young lady to service air popcorn .. was very sweet and had a great personality.. the lady that took our tickets... joked laughed with us... the theater was very clean.. when was surprised at how comfortable seats were.. we had a wonderful time we will go back. ****

The movie tickets are good priced, cheap matinées, and the night prices are good especally if you are a student. The seating is very comfortable, the projectors have a clean and crisp picture, and the sound is top notch. The only downfall is the same with all theatres, and that is the expensive consessions. So just sneak a bag of sour patch kids from dollar general in your pocket like everybody else and enjoy your movie.

This movie theater is pretty great. However, the ticket prices are WAY too expensive at $10/ticket and Ive never been offered a student discount like other theaters. Rewards card is not bad that they offer and points seem to accumulate quickly so you can get discounted or free concessions. Theater is always clean, heavily monitored, and comfortable. Tuesdays are the day to go because tickets are half price.
