I had a very bad experience at this theater. We went to a 10PM showing and had horrible customer service. First of all, when we arrived we arrived, there were at least 10 people in line to buy tickets. 5 people were standing around (one of which was the manager) and there was only one person working ticket booth, while the other 4 stands were vacant. After waiting in line for quite some time to buy our tickets, we headed over to the concession stand, which also only had one line open but a bunch of employees standing around. When we got to the front of the line, the attendant told us that the popcorn was probably stale and that we likely wouldnt enjoy it. When we asked if we could wait for a fresh batch, they replied with "we are not going to make any more popcorn tonight". Mind you, this was a 10PM showing on a SATURDAY NIGHT. Im curious as to why they would stop making concessions before 10PM when there are still movies being shown. We were not offered any other sort of compensation and the attendant just shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry". The bathrooms and movie theater were also very dirty and looked as though they had not been wiped down since that morning. All-in-all, the only good thing about this experience was the movie itself.

This is a nice theater with low ticket prices. Concessions is a bit steep, but I usually dont get anything anyways. Theater is clean and usually has plenty of seating. One complaint is that if you have a rewards card, you need to have a printed off coupon of your reward in order to redeem it. I was told my reward should have printed at the box office, but that hadnt occurred. They did offer to let me speak with a manager, but as I had already waited in line for 10 minutes or so and I didnt want to miss my movie, I turned down the offer. So while they are helpful, just keep in mind that anytime you want to redeem a reward, make sure you have the printed out reward before waiting in line at concessions. They arent able to simply scan your reward card to redeem it.

They built this theater almost 20 years ago, and although its still nice, it doesnt have the amenities youve probably come to expect at a modern theater (e.g., giant recliner seats, online seat reservations, alcohol, etc.). Thats okay, though -- if you decide last minute that you want to see a new movie on this end of town, your options are to buy your ticket online ($2 "convenience fee") and sit in the front row over at the Marcus, or show up and buy your ticket in person and then stake your claim over your seat like how we used to do it before Fandango. Its kind of nice being able to do that sometimes. Seats are still comfortable, projectors are still good, and the movies are the same youll find anywhere.

We arrived ten minutes before show time. We sat and watched commercials for 40 minutes. The show started 30 minutes late. The managers Said to " just come 1/2 hour after show is to start". How crazy. My time is important and watching Jeep and soda commercials is crazy. There is a bench outside the restrooms that is filthy. It was black and pattern worn off. Disease ridden. Went to get refill on soda and counter person just shoved my used cup into ice bin with germs. I told manager and he walked away without thinking this was a problem. I thought he would head to snack bar to deal with this serious health problem.

I was happy to find out that they finally serve hotdogs, but was super unimpressed with the seats. They were straight backed and completely uncomfortable-they dont move AT ALL. So you are stuck sitting straight up, unable to move at all. Terrible. Made a note to never return until the seats are actually comfortable. The staff were fine, but again, it was uncomfortable, if I am sitting at a movie I want to be able to be comfortable! I also arrived early to a show (thinking it might be sold out) and the movie didnt start until FORTY MINUTES after the listed showtime.

Over priced for what it is. No loungers, no bistro, and the place is usually dead. The theaters themselves are dinky, but clean. They do have an excellent selection of niche movies other theaters dont show, which can be a big plus. For a 5 star review consider the following: 1. Lower the prices on your movie tickets and concessions a little bit. 2. Add some loungers to your theaters to make then more comfortable. 3. Add a bistro theater. 4. Have more special events, offers, and promotions to attract more crowds so the theater isnt so dead most of the time.

I dont usually go to this theater, but I had a gift card that wouldnt work at my normal theater (Hudson). I ordered 2 SMALL sodas, and a SMALL popcorn. My total was $17.82. I cannot believe that 2 tiny sodas and a tiny popcorn cost that much. And they wonder why people sneak food into the movies. Just ridiculous. Dont these places understand that they could make so much more money if they charged reasonable prices? Also, the seats were very uncomfortable compared to Hudson. I will not go again.

The estructure is great, the place is clean and well kept but overpriced for uncomfortable sits, depressed staff, consetion overexpensive a bottle of pop 5.57? Even my kid said "No mom thats way too expensive" the pop corn is not fresh ... my kid still prefer the Woodbury 10 theater regardless of how pretty this building it can be it is not worthy. Too bad ... hope they improved the quality of the food and lowering the price and getting more comfortable sits and keep competitive prices...

This movie theatre used to be a local favorite 10+ years ago, but over the years they have failed to stay updated and compete with other local theatres. They do offer 3D movies, but the concessions are lacking, and whenever Ive been most of the concession stands are closed. The chairs in the theatre arent great, where other theatres have upgraded to very cushiony chairs. I go here because its convenient, but its not my favorite local theatre.

Looks are deceiving! Its nice enough on the outside and interior appears recently updated. Seating and sight lines were fine but the smell was terrible! If I wanted to smell stale urinal cakes for 2 hours Id sit in a stall, on the way out I noticed the whole place smelt of cheap cleaning products and not buttery popcorn like a theater should. Only paying $6.25 per ticket is not worth the experience...never going back.

2weeks ago Went to an 11am show time to see Hateful8 and was told by a group of white retired looking men to move down from the vacant seat I normally sit when empty. I felt so violated that I could not stay because I am a single senior female and dId not want to place myself in danger. The manager did nothing to make me safe. That said, this may not be the place for women like me to go and pay to watch movies.

UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS, CREEPY MANAGER IN A SUIT THAT ACTUALLY CHECKS YOUR PURSE EVERY TIME! He stares at everyone like he is in combat trying to figure which guest is his enemy. He has thrown out teens in the middle of our movie playing because of the way they dress. We thought the first few times maybe he was having a bad day. We are now creeped out by this guy that we will never return to this theater again.
