Great value option course, especially for walking. Yes there are some blind hazards, and it can be frustrating for a first time golfer of the course. You do need to think your way around some holes, which I enjoy doing a lot. A GPS app will help with this the first time, but you should be good after that first round of learning the course. If you just want to grip and rip every single shot without a strategy, save yourself some money and go to the driving range instead!

One of the worst designed courses Ive ever played! The course is full of blind shots and unknown hazards that will leave you pulling your hair out. 3 of the 4 par 5s require a lay-up off the tee, but you wont know that until its too late. This course easily lands on my top 5 list of worst courses in the metro area. Dont waste your money, there are plenty of other decent options near by.

The course is always in great shape.But when we had to skip the 9th hole because a wedding on the course and instead of playing hole number 10 it was suggested that we play the front nine again because a tournament in front of us we were looking at a two and half hour back nine.I brought a couple from out of town and we very disappointed how the whole experience was handled here.

Corporate ownership is ruining this course. When it was family owned the staff were nice, course was in excellent condition, and you were treated like a customer. Thats not the case anymore. I guess I understand, you have to make money. But you will no longer make any more off me.

Oak Glen is always a pleasure to play. It is challenging but fair. It has greens that putt pretty true and consistent. The yardage markers are in the right place. The staff is helpful. The pace of play is quite consistent. I play regularly with friends and we keep coming back.

We play 25 to 30 courses a year in and around the Twin Cities and find this course one of the very best. The greens are near perfect, great fairways and well maintained traps. And it is not expensive. I would highly recommend Oak Glen.

There is nothing better than getting a quick round of golf in on a gorgeous day. At Oak Glens executive 9 course, its doable in just over an hour. Its a well maintained lovely course.

Busy course with average everything. Course is lined with houses on 75% of holes, which takes away from the experience in my opinion. Not interested in returning to this course.
