On behalf of everyone at the First Coast Miata Club of Northeast Florida, thank you for making our annual End-of-Year Celebration and Renewal Party a huge success. There were some initial problems, but once these were identified the actions to resolve issues and meet our needs was swift and sterling. The following are examples of this excellent service: A Face-to-Face meeting with our Event Captain, Tyler, to listen to our needs, tour the facility, address parking, and offer suggestions. Assistance from Lauren in the arrangement of the meeting space with the needed tables, chairs, and attractive Autobahn table covers. Lauren also offered up two Autobahn Speedway donations for our raffle which were much appreciated and a highlight at our party. She also enabled our computers and iPhone to use the Autobahn Audio/Video capabilities. Event day planning for an agenda that allowed adequate race and meeting/party times. Unflagging support throughout the event to photograph all aspects of the day, safely park our cars inside the speedway, run races, execute our meeting/party agenda, and ensure all was on schedule and working to plan. A Face-to-Face post meeting to listen to feedback on the days event as well as possible future club activity ideas and how the Autobahn Indoor Speedway could make those happen. It is clear the Autobahn Indoor Speedway is committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Tyler and Lauren are exceptional company representatives. They were not only eager to make our event the best possible, but were knowledgeable in Autobahn services, equipment, and facilities, both current and in the works. It was a pleasure working with them. The responses I received from our members regarding our experience were all enthusiastically positive. I had the opportunity to visit this place after all my friends kept talking about it. Once I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly staff that helped explain the process to me. Registration was easy and the prices werent to bad. They have a great special for those of you on a budget which is buy 2 races and get the 3rd for free Monday thru Thursday. After my friends and I purchased our races we were directed to watch a quick safety video that was very informative. Once we finished watching the video we heard our names called for our first race which we were then directed to another area where an employee gave us one last safety briefing before we got our helmet and mask. We got to do 2 races and decided to save our last race for another day. Track layout was great and karts were really fast. Everyone in the race area was very friendly and provided great customer service to my friends and I. They even gave us some tips to get faster with our times. I plan to come back very soon and bring more friends along with me so we can all compete with each other. Thank you Autobahn team for making our experience a great one. I would highly recommend everyone trying this place out.

Monster Review

This place is awesome! Finally a place to go and have some fun. I always hated going to adventure landing because the go karts go so slow, and i feel like the whole thing is rigged. But this place is all raw! I minus 1 star because the price is pretty expensive. Its almost 20 for a 8 min ride! They should have a year pass, or 20 dollars should at least buy you a pass for a couple of hours. 20 dollars for 8 minutes of fun is too much. Especially if your going only 5mph for the first 1 1/2 laps. Another gripe I have is that some people think these go karts are like the ones at adventure landing. They think they go as fast as a razor electric scooter. Note for people looking for a joy ride, these karts do not go 15 mph, they can, but 90% of the people there are maxing out their speed at 50mph, so you might get scared. This happened to a girl who was in our race. She was going like 10mph and didnt realize the karts go really fast. So when we zoomed by her, she got scared and asked to exit the race.

We went to have a fun afternoon. When we got there we first spent 15 min. checking in. After that we went to pay. Finding out that we could not race each other in a family race because our boys were not 13. We allowed and paid for the boys ID and 2 races. The boys were called for there first race in about 15 min after entering the track. Had an awesome race and excited to go again. We sat and waited for their name to be called. After about 45 min. I went to front and asked if we had to notify someone that we had another race coming. After be told NO they would call their names, we waited another 30 min. My son showed my on the screen that the JR wont be racing for another HOUR and A HALF. Almost 3 hours between races. What a DOWNER!!! We were there to race NOT to SIT. The video games were not working. And vending machine were the only food. The kids were very disappointed.

I have been to go-kart tracks both indoor and outdoor all over the United States and this one is by far top of the tier. The facility is well kept and staff are genuinely friendly, unlike several other tracks I have been to. Sydney has been at the front desk several times when I have come to race both with and without a party. (I race quit often) She was very professional, knowledgeable, and greeted us every time with a smile and some new information of upcoming events! The wait was not long at all and she had us racing no time. As far as the etiquette on track I think that the marshals do an exception job of managing the race conduct and creating a stable playing field for a field of diverse skill levels. Definitely will coming back and hopefully signing up for the next enduro!

Best go-kart experience Ive had! The carts were a blast and the speeds were exhilarating! However, I do have 2 complaints - 1) The prices are steep, even after considering that the karts & general experience are awesome. $20 for a single race is a bit much! I would at least like to see larger discounts when you buy more races. When buying the 5 races for $75 deal, it is actually MORE expensive per lap than the 3 races for $40 deal, which is a bit of a slap in the face. Overall, far too expensive to be a regular recreational pick. 2) Slightly larger tracks would also be great, and would help justify current prices. Im sure Ill be back again at some point, but I would come back far more frequently if there were discounted prices to make it a more economical recreational activity!

A group friends and I came here after our 7 month deployment and needless to say, this gave a chance to unwind. As we first walked, we noticed a friendly staff assisting us with their sign in proccess for first-timers which is done with iPads by the way and from there we paid for a 3 race rides which was around 50 dollars. Although it was fun to see other people race, all of us were anxious to get on the track. So I would still give them a 5/5 in that aspect due to it being a busy night and being able to race at reasonable time. When we did race, we had a blast! It felt so fast. We ended up only doing two races and they withdrew us from our third race. We plan on using that one for another occasion. Thank you autobahn for a great time!
