My daughter and I were looking to go to a movie and the show we wanted to see was posted for 10:00 at our 5 top choices. Its a week night and that was just too late, took a chance on Rosedale 14 and were excited to see they had had our show posted for 8:30. Thats where all the excitement ended!! Got to the theater and our show was on the kiosk for 8:45 instead (not a big deal), but later than what was posted online. I have not been to an AMC theater in years and was charged $23+ for 2 tickets and $12+ for 2 drinks, if we would have gotten popcorn, we would have been over $40 for a 110 minute movie, way higher than the theaters closest to me (and the special summer drink they had advertised was on backorder and unavailable)!! We were in the theater promptly at 8:45 and the room was dark and the screen was empty (any other theater would have had the previews on or had music playing??). The previews came on at 9:05 and cut out twice losing pieces of the content between coming on and off. The seats were very uncomfortable and both of us had to change our position to relieve back pain caused by the seats. They seemed to correct the bugs in the reel from the previews but it was really off putting and we werent sure if the movie would cut out too. Add to it that there is really no close parking (Im handicapped), we had thunderstorms as we came out and got drenched getting to the car, and that it was 11:20 pm before we got on the road to go home, made for a pretty crappy experience. The movie was awesome, but would have been far more enjoyable anywhere else. Wont be going back!! J&C Circle Pines MN

Went to see Spiderman homecoming with my fiancee. Spent well over 20bucks just for two tickets. We get there and two guys WOULD NOT SHUT UP right from the get-go. I leave the movie to find an usher or manager (none are around) so I goto guest services. I explain that a couple of guys in the movie are loud he says hold on and comes back with two free passes like that will somehow fix it. I go back to my movie thinking that if this is how they handle problems I probably dont want to come back and even use them. The loud guys continue on until I ask them to be quiet and turn back around. They start back up again so I turn around AGAIN to say"hey remember when i asked you to be quiet?" They say " you cant make me do anything." So I reply "well I am, so SHUT up." They begin making fart noises and throwing popcorn. I give up and leave again saying "fine, you dont have to listen to me." Another guest proceeded me out and asked for the manager before i can even get to it. he tells the usher where the loud couple is located and leaves. I thank him and he agrees that he is annoyed and goes back in. I follow the manager back into the theater where he talks to the guys DOESNT EVEN KICK THEM OUT AFTER 2 CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN. I watch the movie and the guys just continue on talking for the rest of the movie. I left the movie passes there. I will not be returning. I have never spent so much money on a dollar movie experience. I have never in my life had such a bad movie experience. never. Thank you for a truly horrible evening, amc.

I was with my friend who was a girl we went to go see Girls trip I always go to this theatre since its the only one I can get too so we both payed for our tickets and went inside to get our ticket checked as normal then went to see our movie but since it was still showing commercials I went to the snack bar to go get some drinks for my friend and sour patch kids after I got my drink for her I was stopped by one of the amc employees who accused me of sneaking in the movie theatre and wanting to check my ticket but I told him I payed for my ticket just like how Im paying for my food then he wanted me to walk with him to the ticket guy and asked if he saw me and he said he doesnt remember what a bad employee he should be fired or suspended then we went to the cashier guy who I paid for the ticket and he told him yes i paid then I went back to sit down and see my movie and gave the drink I paid for to my friend. Just because Im a black teen doesnt mean I sneak into the movies like other teens I have a job and I pay for movies all the time like everybody else they had no rights to accuse me just because Im Black especially if Im paying for the food which is more expensive then the movie tickets such a terrible employee they were.

This is my AB FAV theatre in the Twin Cities area! I look to this theatre first for all the latest and greatest films playing out there. Especially, big premieres. The cleanest one around, great staff, and management is fantastic when dealing with the odd obnoxious movie goer. This theatre is extremely popular on weekends, and can get quite busy, but there is plenty of parking to handle the demand. Also, the Roseville Mall restaurants are right alongside so a night out with friends or “date night” is easily managed. That’s a huge plus in my view. Every great now and then there are patrons who have their cellphone screen brightness up, scrolling Facebook (during a movie, go figure), and I’m not sure if AMC has internet/cell phone damping systems, but they should so people cannot use their phones at all, but again, AMC management handles all problem patrons professionally and efficiently. I am an AMC Stubs holder, and love it! Because I see movies so often every fifth movie I see is paid for. I recommend this theatre over all others, including the recliner ones, not only for what I stated above, but I just like the ambiance between a nice evening dinner, or “happy hour” drinks, and movie that can be so closely had together

So disappointing. Drove over 3 hours to watch Star Wars 3D on IMAX. Group of 4, $70 for 4 tickets, and we missed a good chunk of the movie. Had to go looking for someone to find out why the picture was so bad, turns out we were given the wrong 3D glasses (the girl that told me this and showed me where to get the right glasses was very nice), when I tried to get them, he didnt want to give them to me without showing all 4 tickets. I pointed out that our tickets were with my husband who was sitting down trying to watch the movie, and really, what do I need the glasses for otherwise that I would be trying to get them. He finally let me have them, not without giving me attitude about it though. Way to fix your mistake. We werent the only ones this happened to either. Not impressed at all.

Went to the 8:30pm showing of Iron Man 3 on 5/3/13, and the line was long (which we were expecting) and very poorly organized (which was a disappointment). I ordered a hot tea and after having to repeat the order three times the young woman rushed it over to me repeating "OW OW OW OW!" because it was scalding even through the one cup and cardboard holder. Yet she handed this to me - which clearly gave her pain - without making any changes to have it not burn me. When I asked for another cup to help buffer the heat she said "Im sorry, I cant give you another cup." Really? At $3-something FOR TEA you cant afford to give me two cups? Luckily I was able to convince her to give me another cardboard holder, but still. Bad form.
