Took a 2 and 4 year old here today and was very disappointed. There was only one staff person on duty and she never left her desk. There was no supervision by any staff at all. All inflatables were worn and unsafe with holes that you could step through and duct tape holding things together. Padding around poles was falling off with exposed staples sticking out. Policy states socks must be worn at all times (health safety reasons) and half the kids were not wearing them - turns out that 4 of the kids not wearing socks were the staff persons kids. Rules were not enforced (one example - large kid almost landed on my two-year-old as he jumped from the top of the slide and landed six inches from her - rules specifically state no jumping from slides and this particular inflatable was right in front of the staff desk). Poorly maintained equipment. I will not return which is a shame as this could be a great place to take kids to burn off steam.

I had a very strange experience recently to say the least, in which the employee yelled at my 3 & 4 your old for " throwing balls" from the ball pit which in fact was done one time, as I went to reprimand my child, mid sentence the worker started YELLING at my children stating if she were to see one more ball leaving the ball pit she was going to kick them out.... I understand the rules state that the balls must stay in the ball pit but on the other hand they are toddlers and as a parent I was trying to explain to them why it was wrong when she so rudley cut me off to yell at my children, I feel thats a bit extreme. My next point; The inflatables are quite worn down and and theyre are multiple holes that are taped up and some that are not in which I believe it to be unsafe which makes sense why they have people sign a waver form. I dont recommend this place. I will most definitely not be returning with my children.

Odd experience. The lady working there had a bunch of her kids behind the desk (some were napping on the floor). The place had an odd odor to it. The "toddler area" is literally one little tiny (and I mean tiny) play structure that you would see in someones back yard. I would definitely not bring a small child there & expect them to be entertained. There was a birthday party going on and the party room looked filthy. I appreciate that this is a family owned business, but I will not be returning. A vacuum cleaner, Febreeze, and some Lysol would go a long way.

First time visitor on 12/3/16. WOW. Unsafe, small and falling apart business. Boucers are not secured to the floor, the slide litterally goes into the ceiling, air hockey table is broken and held together with masking tape. Its essentially 1 obstacle course and 1 bouncer, thats all that fits in this coffee shop sized "center". Metal folding chairs to watch your kids, and bouncers with gaping holes and in complete dissrepair. The workers 5 small kids are walking around eating chips, complete disaster.

I brought my 3 children to jumps and downs shakopee today and was very disappointed. The bouncers are in horrible shape. Holes and tears everywhere. The staff is rude an completely inattentive. The gal working has been watching videos and chatting with friends. Definitely not a safe environment to bring children.

First time there. Will NOT go again. Inflatables were old and very dirty. Some of the inflatables were torn and and held together with tape. I was helping my kids onto one and I could feel the air blowing from the holes held together by tape. Looks very unsafe.

Picked up a discounted ticket with Google Offers and was very pleased. I would return except that I live 30+ minutes away. Always double check the map before buying an online offer. :-)

This place is great for my kids. They get a lot of experience dealing with other children, burn off energy, and get great exercise. We feel safe too!

Kids have fun but they could use new inflatables the ball pit had a bunch of broken balls and it smelled funky i wouldnt go there again
