We were just at Grand Slam on New Years Eve day. It was great! The kids (all boys 7 - 11 years old) LOVED it! I was surprised that the place was NOT packed. We could play any games we wanted without waiting in line. I thought the place was clean, well managed, the areas seems to be in good repair and working. The food was surprisingly good (real meat hamburgers) and the price was comparable to any fast food place. The staff was VERY nice and accommodating. It is obvious that the place is older, but there has been much updating. I was disappointed about the price with only 4 areas to play and not being able to use batting cages without paying extra. But the kids loved it. I will take them there again. A suggestion: while the bumper cars were really fun (even for this grandma), the controls were VERY hard on the hands. Could you put hard rubber handles on them? Thanks for being there!

Great fun for kids (even 13 year olds)! I have to specifically comment on how great the customer service is here...OUTSTANDING! We booked my sons bday party here and the day prior to his party we brought our other 2 kids for their own fun day. I mentioned that we had a party the next day and the gentleman at the counter took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know and what to do when we arrived for the party. Upon arriving for the party, again, wonderful customer service! I rarely do google reviews, but this was a must. HIGHLY recommended!!!! 5+ stars!

The price for the special is not bad but the management is horrible. The staff stand in groups and talk when they can be helping the long line of customers. I witnessed an unhappy customer get the cold shoulder about the service from the manager. If you dont need to talk to or get service from the staff than you will be ok.

My son had his seventh birthday party here. Tables are not reserved and are simply first come first serve. You do get a table when you order pizza but you only get it for an hour or so. This leads to parents standing around holding presents and no place to put them. My family will not be going back here for another party.

Had a great experience here for my sons birthday a couple months ago. Staff were helpful and attentive. GREAT all-inclusive price for 15 kids My only complaint is that most of the arcade games were out of order which made for some disappointed kids. Other than that, we love going here. Will be back again sometime.

Would be better if parents actually taught their kids how to act but of course people treat it as a free day care to let their kids run wild and ruin it for kids that know how to not destroy the place but oh well knocking the parents more than the actual place

I have gone there a few times and it has always been a lot of fun for the adults and kids. My whole family went and played mini golf, bumper cars, batting cages... all fun. The best part is the new laser tag! We are definitely going back.

Great Friday night value wristbands for the children. They can enjoy themselves while parents hangout together. Plenty of seating, which was nice. My son really enjoyed the batting cages as well. Im glad it wasnt overly crowded.

I really enjoy it here all the staff are very friendly and the kids live the arcade games and great prices for activities. Young kids can even play in the bounce house and plat ground. I just wish they still had go karts still.

Theres probably been only one time there was batting cages that were open to use. All other times Ive been here including tonight has been full so you cant use the cages which is crappy. Considering I drive 30 mins to get here.

This is a great place for the kids. Batting cages, bumper cars, mini golf, a play zone, arcade games, and a small snack area. Good for birthdays and just getting the kids out to do something. Prices are fair for what you get.

3 and under are free for the place!! Its a really awesome place to have some family fun. Theres mini golf, baseball, a big play area for 0-12years old, an arcade and a place to get food!! Highly reccomend this place!!!

My godson love the place. He did the laser tag like twenty times. However, the WiFi sucked. I barely got any coverage used alot of my data. For the kids it was awesome, for adults waiting for the kids it could improve.

I was quite surprised by this place. My kid attended a birthday party there. I was on pick up duty and was amazed at everything they had there. Ive heard the prices are decent for having a birthday party there, too.

We had a great time all kids ages 6-17.The younger two started in the play place, while the older ones in the arcade. On Mondays the arcade is buy one get one free. The employees were quite friendly.

Dirty and very bare bones. I was there for a birthday party and there were no table cloths, decorative plates (just super flimsy paper plates)or decorative cups. Dont book a birthday party here.

For quality and simplicity for birthday party...no brainer... its totally for kids... with the batting cages being the 1 thing that adults do, more than kids...food is snack bar style and good

Great place to play with the boy! My only complaint is a lot of the games seem to need repair most of times I go in there. Otherwise, really cool place! Great lazer tag set up too!

Good price for keeping the kids busy, wish they had an area to sit that is off to the side and quieter for little ones. Mini golf is unlimited with a wristband which is nice!

Went on a Monday evening. Not packed at all. The staff was cleaning the WHOLE TIME. Also, probably the best arcade Ive went to in a while. We got 8 tokens for a dollar!
