Poorly organized place, not enough staff or not placed at the right station. Bowling was expensive but I guess most "chain" alleys are. Couldnt make reservations unless we paid for a "birthday party package" We overpaid for bowling because the staff wasnt organized (had a large group) everyone went up to the counter to pay but the guy said nope...that was for the other lane --we had two lanes-- and told me I had at least 3 other people on my lane who didnt pay for their shoes. We have good friends who would never walk out on a Sat afternoon without paying..I watched them walk up to the counter and stand in a 10min line to pay. I couldnt prove who paid because they all left...but he couldnt prove they didnt pay...why does the customer end up paying for your poor organization? Food service wasnt great, they should consider an ordering kiosk -you get money up front and customer gets to order when its convient for them instead of having to flag down a server during a game. No one at the "prize" counter left after 15mins poor kid crying because he wasnt able to get his toy. Spent $20 on game token card to earn about 60 points...not much besides junk and candy for that. Bartender pretty rude...weird rules about seeing a bunchof IDs (asked for 6 even when we said only 3 are drinking it) for a pitcher of beer which was four drinks. We used to come here for date night but they removed the electronic darts. Agh. Staff was trying to bride people at our party for a good review on social media all for one free laser tag game....very desperate... Really will try to avoid this place...

Giving this place one star is too much!! Brunswick Zone is a horrible company. So many stupid corporate rules. They said you need ten people to use two lanes when there are open lanes everywhere. Everyone in our group paid for 3 games each, and halfway through the second game, the lanes shut off and said the game was over! We got this issue resolved but it happened again after the second game. The front desk was very rude, we show receipts for three games and they were not going to allow us to bowl the last game that we already paid for. (over priced already). Worst customer service ever. One lady said she cant help because shes not clocked-in, but is behind the counter. The manager rudely said "only one person talk at a time". this is after we have been arguing for 15 minutes. The lanes are way too slippery. The pins dont reset properly 5-10 times a game. the rake magically stops in the down position and there is no service help to fix it. I will never even think about bowling here again. This is my 3rd bad experience in a row. The Lakeville lanes are no better. Poor service all around. I recommend Cedarvale Lanes in Eagan, well worth the extra 10 minute drive.

It was my sons 10th birthday and we paid for the birthday party package. Hockey team came in so they put us at the very back table in the BAR! The lady who was serving us admitted she forgot about us when she came back 30 minutes later to start our party. The party was from 5 to 7 and it was 5:30 with no food or drinks for kids yet. She took a pizza from another group so we would get ours faster do to her already being late. We had to chase down a waiter to still get our drinks and pizza. Bad customer service! The manager tried to make up for it all but failed. Free gift cards and points does not make it better if the problem never gets fixed. No staff member knew what was going on and no one was helpful. We finally got our pizza and pop so when we were done with that it was 6:20 and time to play. Lazer tag was not booked for us so we had to wait and then we did not get to play do to all the other kids let in. It was a fail. Fail. Fail. I will never go back ever!

I had such a great time there. Erin was our server. She was very quick out to our lane, took our order, and kept coming back to make sure we were ok. I would have her as our server next time we come. We bowled a few games and had a bunch of fun. My kids went in the game room and played games and some laser tag. We have been in the game room before and got much better service from another guy there but the guy with the bald head seemed a little short with my kids and me, plus he was also a little rude. My kids had fun all in all though. I looked through the new place and it looks amazing. I love the pool tables and the bar area. My kids loved the car. Nate was also really kind and helpful also. I would recommend this place to anyone. Food was great, games and drinks were great, and If at all possible, I would try and get on the lane where Erin is your server. She definitely made our experience there worth coming out.

They have Laser Tag, bowling, and beer. This place can get hella busy, so expect some waiting around. Also, they only have one laser tag arena, and the way they manage using it is pretty disorganized, so you might have some frustration trying to get in there if thats what you wanted to do. Also, out of the 5 or 6 times Ive played in there, at least 3 of those times someone had a gun that didnt work. Also, the bar is a mess when its busy. Its tough to get a drink and confusing to pay your bill. If you go to the bar, you might have to stand there for 20 minutes before you can get an order in, then wait again until you can pay for it, so thats kind of annoying. You can just order a pitcher of beer at your lane though, so if you can do that, then do that. But I still managed to have a good time despite their shortcomings, and so long as youre not expecting too much, you probably will too.

I have bowled at the Eden Prairie Bowlero two times since moving into the apartment building right next to there facility. These are the driest lanes I have ever bowled on. I bowl a 215 average and cant even come close to keeping my spare ball on the lane. The first time I visited this location I scuffed my spare ball because it was cutting so hard, this time I threw three balls and walked back to the front desk to try and get my money back. The staff was pretty helpful although I could barely hear them because the music was so incredibly loud. I talked them into letting me pay for just one game rather than unlimited bowling. Then I packed up my stuff and walked home in the rain. I wont be bowling on these lanes again. The guy at the front desk told me they only oil the lanes once a week with I fully believe at this point! Very Poor Lane Conditions!!!

Terrible customer service! We had a problem with my bowling ball getting caught behind the pins and not being returned. We tried asking 3 different desk people and even our servers for help and were put off for at least 15-20 minutes. When they finally did respond my bowling ball had several gouges in it from being caught against a belt for so long. The assistant manager thought repairing the ball was enough and they wouldnt think of replacing it. They did deduct my 2 games, but not the other 3 people games or the shoes. And he was extremely rude! I was told Id be contacted by the manager the next day and of course that didnt happen. I finally called and left a message with the pro shop almost a week later. Avoid this place and go to nearby Tuttles in Hopkins, better customer service and cheaper. Eden Prairie lanes has lost 4 frequent bowlers.
