Wanted to bowl a few games with my mother for old times sake so we stopped by. We show up at 1pm and theyre not open until 2pm which is absurd but whatever, we entertain ourselves for an hour and head inside. Theres only one person on staff and hes busy with another patron so we wait, pay and head to our designated lane which was by far one of the worst bowling lanes Ive ever had the displeasure of using. The lane itself is extremely thin, Im assuming to squeeze in an extra lane into the already tiny building but aside from that, it was in atrocious conditions. Black unidentifiable bumps coated the beginning of the lane and the lane itself was poorly waxed. I also firmly believe that the lane is tilting as if its on a hill, our bowling balls would steer to the right even if you bowled left. I normally bowl between 170-200 average and couldnt even break 100. Never going back. Only reason it gets two stars is because the poor soul trying to run everything himself was nice.

8 whole real wood lanes, bumpers & light balls for kids, even a ball ramp to use. House balls are very old and all the hand holes are drilled the same for each weight. Tech is updated, seating is unconventional but adequate. Food is what youd expect from a bowling alley, but they got a decent bar and beer garden.

I have been coming here for years! I live the short term leagues they have available and Prairie Lanes commitment to the community! The staff always mAkes me feel welcome!

Great little alley, its really hard to find real wood lanes these days. Tons of character and a nice party room upstairs for birthdays where you can watch the lanes.

Love prairie lanes! Such good times at ladies league on tues nights and taking the kids to rock n bowl fri nights they love it!

Very small, crowded. The lighting hurt my eyes. But if you went with a small group and it was empty Im sure it would be nice.

A bar + bowling not overcrowded and it had laser lights. Makes for an awesome 21+ Friday night hang out spot.
