IF YOURE LOOKING TO BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY OR EVENT, PLEASE READ. Ive been coming here since I was a child, and its slowly deteriorated in management in the last year. Its a Saturday, and Ive been calling these people twice a day since Wednesday night about a lane reservation for my birthday. Ive left messages, emails, etc., and NO ONE got back to me. Every time I call, the kids who answer the phone seem to have no idea what theyre talking about and sound miserable. Last night when I called, the girl working told me that the manager who books events wasnt there yet, but to call at 10am this morning and to ask for Sharon or something because thats the time she was scheduled. Well, I called at 10:15, no answer, of course. Called at 10:45, no answer, of course. SO I called the front desk. The guy who was working the front counter, Devin, was not only extremely sweet and helpful, but walked around the entire alley looking for her, then telling me that she wasnt even there!! I told him to leave a message for me, and he apologized on her behalf. I feel bad giving 2 stars because I really do enjoy coming here. I will absolutely update my review if Im taken care of already, but this is just ridiculous and not how a business should be run. If youre trying to book an event, birthday party, or reservation, you might as well go down Route 1 to Monster Mini Golf in Edison, where they actually answer your calls professionally, and get back to you within a few hours- and in the same day!

The only reason I give them 2 stars is because when they first reopened as Bowlero I had a great experience. However, I feel that the staff has slacked off and they definitely are extremely unorganized and cannot handle the amount of customers during peak hours. I had two of my friends wait over an hour for some nachos and chicken tenders which they had to track down every server there to finally get. Also, I had to follow the bartender around the bar just for them to take my order and in the end I had to just get my money back for my food because it never came out. On top of all this mess all their tv screens stated that the bar closed at 10:30 so at 10:20 my friends and I decided to go get some shots and they refused to serve us, stating that they closed the bar at 10:15. If I hadnt asked for a manager who knows if they would have ever fixed their signs. Also, the front desk signs say its $3.49 for a game and shoes. When they charged us $7 we asked why and they told us the sign has to be changed. If the entire staff cleaned up their act and they fixed all the signs this would be a great place to hang out but until then they lost 7 customers.

I have been bowling at this house since 1993. The services were excellent until AMF took over the house. One of the issues has been that the water fountain behind land 35-36 hasnt been working since July of last year. All I heard back then that the parts were ordered. Are the parts for this water fountain being made in China like everything else is? Not everybody can afford $3.00 for bottled water. The second issue is the tables for the lane assignments. Im sick and tired of gong to my lane and finding my table taken because of a) the people next to me using my assigned table, b) their assigned table is on the upper floor behind them. Instead of this house putting lane numbers on the tables so the guests who come to bowl know where to sit since when these lanes get crowded the people on the waiting list wind up sitting at those tables and the risk of arguments and/or fights escalate and this is MANAGEMENTS fault. Is it going to take what happened at Stelton Lanes when a brawl broke out and 1 death occurred before MANAGEMENT addresses this exploding time bomb?

Great looking, but poor service. Came to watch the game and sat at the bar. No one greeted me and pretty much ignored me as they walked pass multiple times. Was sitting down for almost 10 minute before a guy walks pass and asked if Ive been help. Really? You have 2 bartenders with a manager behind the bar as well. Hardly busy too. When the guy finally asked if I needed anything I said "that would be nice." No beer specials at all during the game so I went with a pint of blue moon. Wouldnt u know they were out. Its not even 5 oclock yet. So I went with a Samuel Adams. I asked for the winter ale, but they said that was over. Isnt it January???? lol Anyway I got another type of beer. A pint... It was $7.48.... Just go to hell Bowlero.... Just straight to hell. If your gonna charge 8 bucks for a beer you better have good service and not a smart attitude. They were too occupied with cleaning up little stuff than taking my order plus they didnt offer me a menu. Just poor.

If you are a POC please dont visit this establishment with a large group of well educated young people. You will be treated like trash and targeted/profiled upon arrival. Ive never been so disgusted in my life. The manager was very unprofessional, we were carded as we arrived and once again while sitting down/bowling by the security whom the manager sent over to our table. She accused the security of going through our personal belongings while we werent paying attention and claiming that he found liquor in our bags... there was no liquor in our bags and the security guard also declined this accusation. They even went a step farther to call law enforcement to escort us although we were already leaving on our own. We went to enjoy ourselves after celebrating a life today (funeral) and then to be greeted with type of behavior is just upsetting. I will never visit this place ever again.

A mammoth bowling center - two levels - Ive bowled here at a PBA pro/am - and for a couple of USBC/UBA tournaments - Ive had mixed experiences - the staff is definitely bowling savvy and understands the serious bowler - but from an administrative perspective they didnt seem to understand how to run things "appropriately" - my biggest complaint being that for the PBA pro/am when they posted the final standings to their website - they simply posted the spreadsheet that they were using for the bowler registrations - all they did was add the games and series totals to the sheet --- the problem being that by doing this the names, addresses, and contact information of everyone who bowled in the tournament was also posted to the website (including the names and addresses of the junior bowlers) --- in my opinion this is a less than "best practice" approach to delivering tournament results

Kids Birthday Party Review... must work on the customer service...pathetic experience. Pizza did not come on time, No Beverage/Water refill on time, Not sufficient Fork/Paper Napkin, Plates. Not having the host/Help around and half the time waiting and wasting our allotted time chasing them down. Half the kids and parents went hungry from the party; a big disappointment. The only good thing for you guys is towards the end Gaint Bill came and the Manager insisted to pay it IMMEDIATELY with zero interest to pay attention to any of the issues. Pathetic service. Hope the management looks into it as customer service is the backbone of any industry
