Got there with my husband with ample time to spare to get tickets, food and our seats. There was a line out the door and only 2 people working tickets and concession. When it was finally my turn the employee just walked away and came by 5 minutes later to help me. Then it took another 10 minutes to get our food, which was not exactly what we ordered, we were already 10 minutes late getting into the movie, making it 25 minutes waiting for tickets and food from the moment I got up to te register. However they did manage to bring a third employee out to help with sales when there were only 2 people left in the very long line. (And a side not there was spilt nacho cheese all over the floor where they prep everything along with popcorn too. Certainly not appealing to see.). Also the employees were VERY rude! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT THEATRE. The Moore theatres in Coloma and Niles are the ones that I have always gone to and this was a huge disappointment to the Moore theatre chain.

We went to see The Lone Ranger at this theater last night....it was fabulous. The prices were beyond reasonable, the seating was great, and the movie screen was excellent. The popcorn was fresh, self serve, and you put your own toppings on it (including butter). All in all it was a great experience with the only draw back being the 3 flights of stairs that you have to climb to get into the theater. Didnt bother us but could bother someone with a health issue. We will definitely go again :-)

Great place to relax with a great movie. The quality of the movie is amazing and the sound is like you are right there in the movie yourself! The only bad thing about it is the chairs and cleaning. When I go there there is popcorn all over the floor and pop. But otherwise its amazing.

Went to see beauty and the Beast. The movie was good, and the service was good. What upset me is that the movie sold out, (no big deal) the problem was that there were absolutely no seats and an entire section of the seating was blocked off.

I wish this place was closer to my hometown! We got a bucket of popcorn, large drink, and two tickets and it was cheaper than just the tickets at any other theater. Employees were great, the popcorn was delicious. Miss it already!

Awesome place. Love the vending system great prices Left my identification card at the place. And they do not have any phone number to reach them for some strange reason. Other then a robot. Which is why the knock of 2 stars.

Cheap tickets mediocre theater. We watches the last Pirates of the Caribbean movie. For 2 tickets, large popcorn, large soda, and candy we spent 15 bucks. Great value if its a rainy day and nothing else to do!
