The facility was okay, but the staff had no concept of customer service. The people at the desk renting out the shoes, taking payment, and doing lane assignments werent completely rude-- but they were by no means friendly either. Simple tasks seemed really hard for them to accomplish. The bartender was not nice at all. I just asked a question not sure if I wanted to buy anything or not yet, and he just kept saying "I need to see your ID" not answering my question. Then I didnt really want to purchase anything once he finally told me they didnt have what i wanted, and he got really rude with me. I purchased something just so hed stop being rude. While I was waiting on my beer he started saying rude things about the rest of my group (which he didnt know I was with them). Probably wont go back here just due to poor customer service.

Despite what Patty B would have you believe, this is a decent bowling alley. Perhaps Patty is a bowling alley elitist, Im not sure. All I know is that most people dont have too much expectations when it comes to bowling alleys: bowling, snacks, bar, music, possibly some other games. Its not a hard formula to figure out. The service I had was good and there was no reeking of smoke. The only thing that reeked was my bowling score, but thats another discussion. The snacks are what you would expect. The drink specials were ok. Mondays are $1 games after 9. The seating around the alleys could be better, but thats not a big problem. Overall, it was a fun bowling experience. Thats about as much as you could ask for.

Bowling alleys typically reek of stale cigarette smoke, but my family & I decided to deal with it and go for a game 2 weekends ago. We were very pleasantly surprised by how clean this bowling alley was! We didnt smell any stale smoke & the place was packed with families! The desk personnel were efficient & polite... they keyed in our names for us at the register for us & I was shocked that the bumpers automatically went up & down when it was my kiddos turn to bowl. We had such an awesome time that we went back this past weekend for a game and are planning to have my sons 4th birthday party there. Very family friendly! Very clean! My kids (ages 3&7) loved it! This family will be back =)

So-so at best anytime I have gone. Have tried to give this place a chance and bring ppl to enjoy but theres also an adventure--not in a good way-- Thought about taking a group this evening for a birthday party, called to inquire about specials(if any) and was told "We dont stay open late" mind you, this is at 715 pm. I asked when they would close, was told 9-930.....I also inquired about normal hours to which I got no response. If youre trying to stay open, much less build clientele, how about you A) dont close early and B) dont try to talk patrons out of visiting 2 HOURS before you feel like closing. Tis a joke.

Pretty busy when I went, but overall I had a great time. Staff was very informative and friendly. This place has glow bowl around a certain time, various pool tables (but tables were full while I was there), and offers alcohol. I loved that various genres of music were played, the entire time I was there.

The person at the front desk was confusing we told them we wanted to play two games together then my son wanted to bowl by himself we ended up playing one game together half a game and he said thats all we paid for cost over $20 From now on we will go to the other bowling alley in Clarksville

I dont know. Been ok though not great when we went in the past. Today we are here sitting in the parking lot at 12:03p. Both Google and the sign on the door say they opened today at 11:00a. However, the place is locked up solid. :-(

Not a family place, stinks,smells like smoke. Staff is very rude and seem to be racist. Very unclean and out dated, the worst alley I have ever been to. Never go there again I wouldnt even give this place one star.

My neices had a great time at the birthday bowling party. Friendly staff and the food was even pretty good. I recommend the grilled chicken sandwich if you are going to grab a bite while going for that "Turkey".

Its still antiquated, running older equipment, but they still are running leagues and manage them well. Their pool table room has been refurbished since the last time I visited.
