I think there over priced and have forced us to spend money buy paying extra for children and only making it too where all there movies are 3d or 2d so the 5$ before six is rarely use full anymore , me and my wife used to love it now there no better then any other business trying to rob you of every penny you have obviously they dont care about making anyone happy but the selfs Id rather go to family video or redbox then deal with a greedy company like this....

Last couple times weve been there, seats were sticky, auditorium smelled funny, expensive popcorn had a ton of unpopped kernels, and staff was kinda rude. You also have to endure a ridiculous amount of commercials if you get there in time. Screens are large, picture/sound is good. But wow. Place needs major deep cleaning. Maybe try Sturgis or Angola.

I dont know how this place gets great reviews. I think alot of the reviewers dont get out of Coldwater much. Seats from the 1990s, the soda machine with 100 flavors making them all taste the same and boring food choices. But the thing that rubbed me was the half hour of commercials. Insurance, cars, and even a drug commercial. Didnt I buy a ticket?

The seats are soft but very small so they can fit many seat in one theater ive been to a theater in monroe had huge reclining seats they were so comfortable !! this theater would be so much better if they had recliner chairs it has great screen and sound system but the the seating ucks to crowded !!!

We got there a few minutes and sat through endless commercials. Then the movie started almost 15 minutes late, so we got to sit through another 15 straight minutes of commercials. And it was many of the same commercials again , and again. :(

This place sucks if your under 16 and with a friend they watch you and leave the door open which totally ruins the movie point on turning off the lights id definitely give it 0 starts if i could but it doesnt give me that option.

Nice cinema with a great selection of movies. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Popcorn is wonderful and always fresh and hot. Restrooms were clean. The theaters are clean and have comfortable seating.

Nothing fancy, but nice local theater place. Clean and attractive inside. Good drink selections. Theater rooms kind of chilly in winter sometimes. Hire nice, courteous young people for staff.

Very nice theater! Comfy chairs, good snack selection, and good movie choices. Definitely would recommend! NCG theaters are probably the most upscale theaters in mid-Michigan.

Good theater with good prices. However, as someone mentioned, the length of the commercials is ridiculous. Youll spend at least the first 15-20 minutes watching commercials.
