Their services were terrible. My niece had her 8th birthday party there for the first time and we arrived at 3pm. We werent scheduled for the party room until 5:15pm. Once it was time for our party to go into the room, nothing was ready. We only had a table cloth, cups, and plates. Her cake wasnt in the room, the pizza was not ordered and we were sitting and waiting for 30 minutes which cut into our room time. We were then notified that the air wasnt working and we had a room full (27 kids) with no air, no drinks or food ready. The host and manger on duty called the maintenance man and he asked one of our kids to let him use the chair so that he could check the air flow (remind you, he is checking the air while were all in the room). He was also dirty from head to toe. When our pizzas were arriving to our party room, they were uncovered and brought thru a crowd of other people. We asked for our money back and for the manager on-call to be called and were turned down. The police were called and then a manger on-call arrived. The manager was rude and did not want to give back our money but also did not want to do anything to make things better. We did get our money back (Over $500) and were kicked out due to Renaissance Fun Parks wrong doing. We asked if we could at least sing happy birthday and have ice cream and cake and the manager said "NO". Per their website they state that "If youre not satisfied, the party is on them). We were not satisfied and the party was not on them. My niece did not get to so everything that was promised in her party pack and was kicked out without accommodations. I would NEVER refer anyone to have a birthday party of any event of any kind at the Renaissance Fun Park. My niece turned eight years old and will always have this awful memory of her birthday party at Renaissance Fun Park. What a terrible first time experience. I will never go back there again! The response from the owner is not true. If the party room could not hold the demand it was designed for why wasnt that communicated to us instead of taking our money? If there were any threats made, the police were there to escort whoever made the allegations out. Why did the whole party have to leave? Whatever threat was made had nothing to do with the person who paid for the party. She did not make any threats to anyone. The pizza did not arrive until after 5:30 or so, because they were trying to fix the air. The air was not working and the staff and maintenance man verified the air flow was not working. We have proof of that as well. The owner should be honest about what happened and admit their wrong doing in this matter. They owe my niece an apology and more. Being unprepared for a birthday party and still taking money is very unprofessional. It was also very obvious the building was over-capacitated. Renaissance Fun Park ruined my nieces birthday. Take responsibility of your own actions and stop blaming others.

My wife, my eight-year-old son and I dropped into this place on a whim. It was a Saturday afternoon in January. There were enough patrons for it to be fun but not over-crowded. The facility was as clean as can be expected. One arcade game was "Out of Order", but the other 20 or so worked fine. Like Lazer Blaze or Chuck E. Cheese, the games dole out tickets as you play. The prizes seemed a little over-priced. We rode the go-carts. My son was too small to drive his own; I think it was a 40 inch height requirement. He rode with me, while my wife drove her own. There was only one other father/son on the track, but we had fun racing each other. The track seemed well-maintained to me. We did not play golf, because it was too and windy. However, the golf course appeared to be clean and well-maintained. Theres a small playground in the middle. As my son went down the slide a couple of times, I noticed some rather disgusting trash on the ground. We reported it to the staff, who were appropriately horrified. They immediately cleaned it up. The Laser Tag arena was excellent. We played a team match, and the guy telling us the rules did not speak very clearly. I was a little confused about how to score (shoot this arch, dont go in that area, etc.) Overall, it was a fun experience, and worth the $9 apiece to play for 20 minutes.

I went to Renaissance Fun Park with my friends for the first time last week. We were looking up new mini golf courses in Louisville since weve already been to most of them many times. I consider myself a mini golf connoisseur so finding a good course Im not already an expert on. We found this place and were immediately thrilled when we saw all the options they had available. Not only did they have 2 mini golf courses, but they also have go carting, laser tag & arcade games for when we want to switch it up. When I got there, I was trying to figure out what the best deals were and compare prices. Andrew, the cashier working was very helpful and told me about the unlimited go carting / mini golf / laser tag for $20. He was very quick to answer questions and seemed very happy to help. We went through with this deal and played 18 holes on both holes as well as go carting for a few rounds. The golf courses are built fine and on this day the wind seemed to blow just right. To make my day at Renaissance even better, I ended up blowing my friends out on both courses, winning the green course by 7 shots & the red one by 11. My only complaint is that some courses have multiple holes so that was confusing at times. Overall, a great day at Renaissance fun park. Next up, Valhalla.

So, five stars, something I usually never do. We were at the fun park Saturday night and planned it pretty poorly. It was suppose to rain and guess what, by the time we were there around eight go cart track was closed. So we gotten their unlimited attraction passes as they told us the track might be opening if track dries out. Per their site they were to be open till midnight on saturday. kids played some laser tag while wife and I did little put put. We did get to ride karts starting around 9:45. To our surprise, 10 till 11 we were told this is the last race. I thought it was a mistake but we left the track area and told the kids they can play the laser tag for the rest of the night. But no, they changed hours and no one of the patrons had no idea that they are closing. Checked with young manager, Nathan and this is where the five stars comes in. He was very apologetic and offered to reload our cards for the next outing. Level of professionalism by this young man exceeded my expectations. My family was happy and will be returning to spend our money there. Good job Nathan....
