When I first got to the Four Seasons and saw the hotel and my room, I thought it was the best hotel Ive ever stayed at, but it ended up being the worst experience Ive ever had. The room is very nice. But I was put up on the 17th floor directly under the construction. I woke up every morning to extrememly loud banging. I dont know what they were doing but they were pounding something for over an hour. And thats not even the worst part. Whatever they were doing was making the top of the hotel building sway. The room was moving so bad it actually made me motion sick. I had to get ready as fast as I could to get out of the room, so I had no where to go until my conference started. And I had to grab something out of my room on our lunch break. I was in there for 5 minutes maybe and it was still swaying so badly that I got motion sick again and was sick for the next few hours. I tried as hard as I could to stay out of my hotel room as much as possible. It was horrible!

My wife and I were able to stay at at the Four Seasons for New Years Eve. The service was impeccable. We paid extra to have a harbor view room and it was well worth it. Our room overlooked the entire Inner Harbor and we were able to enjoy the fire works at midnight. We ate at Flemings but returned to the hotel bar for drinks. From the valet to the concierge service, the service was outstanding. The hotel is new and the staff was getting accustomed but they did fine. The guests though were somewhat snotty, but being from Baltimore, I am not suprised that some people want to pretend they are more important than they really are. You could tell by their demanding demeanor when talking to the staff. This is the best hotel in Baltimore and the most expensive. My wife had the best massage at the spa as well.

The Four Seasons Baltimore Hotel. What is there to say? This is an extremely well managed, organized, and amazing location to stay at. The staff here are extremely helpful and aim to truly please anyone that walks through their doors. It doesnt matter when you request any service from them, whether it be at 2PM or 2AM, they will always greet you with a genuine smile, and really try to make sure that everything is perfect for your stay. From room service, to housekeeping, to the front desk, all the staff are hardworking and outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! I loved the decore of everything that I saw. I was there for a professional event, so I cant speak about the actual hotel rooms. However, the converence rooms and lobby were awesome. I really liked the funky lighting everywhere. The one thing that I noticed was that with large tables in the conference rooms, there was not much walking space. This was partially due to the conference, but I think that the hotel should be able to suggest a good number of tables and chairs to put in each one of the rooms.

My friend and I were visiting Baltimore for the day on Saturday, and we decided to have dinner at Wit and Wisdom. The food, alongside the staff were absolutely incredible. We were greeted with a smile from the moment we approached the door, the wait staff were amazing, and even though the hotel seemed pretty busy for an event they were having, everything ran so smoothly! Our valet, Shannon I believe her name was, was also fantastic. Overall, we had an amazing evening and will definitely be back!

Great location and the only place to stay for visiting medical conference delegates (of which there are many) , families of well heeled patients of the world famous hospital and visiting sports teams who stop by to play the Ravens or the Orioles. Michael Minas Wit and Wisdom offers extremely comfortable dining and drinks options while you watch the world go by on the seafront boulevard ..rooms are standard Four Seasons ...with the balcony offering a nice touch for the smoker -

Without a doubt- the best hotel experience I ever had and most likely better than anyone could ever experience! The room, view, spa, pool, restaurant are all as good as it gets but the service tops it all off!! They are there for you around the clock trying to make your stay as convenient and pleasurable as possible. I dont recall all the names but I specifically recall Stephanie who went above and beyond to assist us with everything. DO NOT consider staying anywhere else!!!

Whats not to love? This is the only Four Seasons Ive stayed at, but both times I loved it. The rooms have semi-private entry. The views are amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The crab cake was a little pricey, but it was delicious nonetheless. I also love the TVs in the bathrooms, the large bath tubs (separate from the shower), and showers felt great. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. They also have a spa here, but Ive never been.

Attended a company holiday party in the Grand ballroom. All staff were friendly, polite, and attentive, as well as knowledgeable. Pretty area was well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and kept stocked with toilet paper, soap, etc. Valet service opened and held doors, waited patiently as we exited the car, and was prompt to retrieve car when leaving. Great location with spectacular views of inner harbor, nearby dining and entertainment.

Beautiful space with impeccable attention to detail. Their staff is wonderful, at the ready to assist with anything we needed. I had a "standard" room which was huge, and just a beautiful luxurious environment. I visited the spa just for a manicure but I was given the full spa experience with access to all the amenities, and the staff there was wonderful too. Just a top notch experience from arrival to departure.

Best stay of my life. The overall physical features of the hotel was flawless- amazing food, views, rooms, amenities, etc. What set it apart was the best customer service Ive ever experienced. The staff was very genuine and remembered all the details of my trip so they could check in and ask me about certain events. So happy I stayed here, would definitely recommend to anybody I talk with.

A bit wary of Baltimore two-years after their "largely peaceful protest" so I decided to stay at the Four Seasons. I wast disappointed. This is want a hotel should be. Excellent staff, excellent, physical plant, excellent service, excellent room and location, location, location. I am behind in my reviews, my stay was the last week in August 2016.

Went for massages at the spa. The facility is really nice and the heat experience (sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) is top notch. Highly recommend this spa. My only complaint is that they recently changed their policy and spa guests no longer receive complimentary parking. It feels like nickel and diming especially when the massages are so expensive.
