Stayed at the RV Park. Lady lied about the internet. It was NOT working and even giving them the benefit of the doubt because of heavy rains, it didnt work the next day either. Checking out I asked for some money back and was referred over to the Hotel to speak to a manager - Vanessa. She refused to give a refund because I had not told her that it wasnt working (I had told the lady at the RV office) PLUS Internet is not guaranteed and it is a complimentary service so she still refused to refund any of the charge I paid. Said I should have gone to her so she could have their IT department look at it. Apparently they feel it is OK to advertise services that other RVers tell me hadnt been available for days! Avoid this place - they are not to be trusted. I POSTED THIS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING MY STAY HERE. A DAY OR SO LATER I RECEIVED A VERY NICE LETTER FROM THE GM OF THE HOTEL AND CASINO WITH A GOODWILL GESTURE THAT ABSOLUTELY CHANGED MY VIEW OF THE ORGANIZATION. IT IS ALWAYS EASIER TO RETAIN A CUSTOMER THAN TO FIND A NEW ONE AND THIS GM SEEMS TO KNOW THIS. A VERY NICE RESPONSE TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE THAT WAS RESOLVED A LITTLE LATER THAN ONE WOULD HOPE, BUT IT WAS RESOLVED...WITH MY THANKS.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After arriving at the hotel 2 different men from the crew walked into the room unannounced. When I called the front desk about it they argued with me that the workers always knock and this could not have happened. On the 2nd day I needed Wi-Fi to work for a few hours however it was unclear on which network was to be used and what the password was. Again I called the front desk and they advised they would send someone up. After another call and waiting a few hours I just went elsewhere for the Wi-Fi. On the last day of my visit there was an mistake between the 3rd party site I used and the Casino on the day I checked out so we were called to come remove our items by 3pm. They did no attempt to move us or work with us in anyway. We arrived back at the casino at 2:45 and were told that all of our items where moved to lost and found. The managers all but called us liars that we were not told 3 and that everyone has to check out by 11. She had no compassion about the situation and was very confrontational and rude. I will never stay at a Hollywood again nor will I recommend them. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at a hotel.

Pitiful. We stayed at the RV Park - 5/18 thru 5/23. On 5/23, we were informed we were to check on on the 23rd and there was someone waiting for our space. We hurried around and vacated as this big RV was waiting for our space. We moved over to the casino parking lot to hook up our two. Imagine our surprise when the same RV that was waiting for our space pulled up beside us. Seems our space was too small for that big boy. The RV next to us told us he pulled in, hooked up and then was asked to move, which he did and hooked up again only to be told to move again. There were several people complaining about the lack of service. You had to go to the laundry room to use the phone when you checked in and there was no supervision in the park. Whatever goes. The casino was so smoky, we could not stay in it. Seems this is an older casino without the benefit of the updated air exchange that would eliminate the smoke. Bogarts was wonderful tho. The only bright spot in our stay. We will not be back.

Keep your money and go to Tunicas Hollywood Casino. This casino is a disappointing trip. The lazy river is 21 & over even when the bar is closed. The hot tub is inside the Lazy river. The web doesnt indicate the lazy river is 21 & up. The staff have all been beyond rude. Valet made it clear I owed him a tip. Desk staff extremely cocky when I asked of we could go into the lazy river since the bar is closed. Security rude when we begun to go eat. Most casinos are kid friendly even of casinos arent meant for kids. Some of us bring kids while the older daily plays the slots. Room price reasonable but no breakfast buffet during the week. Beds comfortable but no refrigerator or microwave. I definitely will always go to Tunica from now on. Not sure why a casino would build a water park atmosphere that kids cant enjoy. Not to mention how amazing the decor of Tunica is compared to the simple pictures on the walls here. A dissapointment all around.

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. The worst experience I have had at any establishment. The service was really slow. The bartender, being lazy and just sitting, was questioning me on how much I spent on the penny slot and refused to serve me a beverage. I also made a decision to go check on my wife in our room, and then return to casino to find out I am not allowed in due to me appearing to be to drunk. This was a very bias decision without even talking to me about it with me in person. For all they might have known I could have an inner ear problem. When I did try to say something in my defense I was instructed that they are not obligated under any circumstance to allow me in under state law and they can ask me to leave (threating). Even though they are correct in the last sentence that they are allowed under state law does not excuse there rudeness and bullying of a guest.

Love reading the RV people wine about someone taking their spots or internet....This is a great "local" casino that has a nice little pool/outdoor bar. The gaming area is nice and the buffet is excellent since they redid it or got a new head manager. While the buffet not have the best atmosphere as say the Beau, the food is so much better than the Beau now a days. The Beau used to be the best buffet around hands down but the last two years I have gone have been dismal where as the Hood has been perfect for the last 10 trips. Only complaint (and a big one) is Kids 3 and up they charge you full price. If me, my 5 and 2 year old want to eat at the buffet it can be over $75.....atleast charge half price.

Well It started with the guy at the hotel check in he was mad at the world and didnt care if i was there or not and very rude and not friendly at all and was no help except when i said we going to gamble he said GOOD LUCK that should have been a sign !!!!!!! The room was horrible and stunk no amenities at all for the price had to call down for everything.Then we went to eat and the buffet was really good only thing good about our stay..... The gambling sucked we play high limit slots and got nothing in return for $1000.00 in play the only casino I have spent that much and got nothing back to at least keep playing a while ...???... So enough said that should tell where not to stay LOL
