Was staying in town for a few says and brought my 4-year old here a couple times. Love the play equipment and there are lots of other kids to play with. The second day, though, saw what looked like a deflated balloon floating around the playground. My son was looking at it when I realized it was a condom that had been blown up and tied off. Picked it up along with the Trojan wrapper nearby and threw them in the trash on our way to the car to sanitize my hands. Glad a younger child didnt grab it and put it in their mouth. Im sure it was some teenagers idea of a joke, but still...

a very fun park for people of all ages. There is an exercise track with multiple stations, full bball court, sand volleyball, cement cornhole, and a really nice shelter. The playground IS HUGE for the kids...they will LOVE it. A lot of them to do. The safety mat/floor material is pickes away though in some parts. The City of Florence should get that fixed. Thay is why I gave it only 4 stars

Came to Florence to stay in a hotel for the weekend, and came across this park. Its big, clean, and plenty of jungle gym space for the kids. Theres a path for a walk, or jog around the perimeter of the playground. Theres a covered picnic are to eat lunch, or just sit out of the sun, basketball court, theres even restrooms. Great little park for the kids.

They could use more parking. The playground is great as far as things for kids to play on. I would love to see the rubber ground repaired soon as it is starting to crumble apart. Basketball seems to be popular and most of the time parents are watching their kids and interacting but you get a terrible parent with a bully child every once in a while.

Good play area with 2 good size equipment, swings and other small equipment to climb on. It also has a workout trail, basketball court, sand volleyball, cornhole, and a shelter. Has i indoor bathrooms.

Very clean and well kept. Kids love it. The parking lot is small but I consider it a good thing as it prevents the park from becoming over crowded and keeps that "small park" feel.

The up keep is not what it used to be and the people that for there some times are questionable. If you dont have children, stay out of a kids playground.
