I must say its been a while since I had a poor movie experience, we asked for three tickets and we were only sold two. I had to go back outside and wait in line to get another movie ticket. After going back thru I realized I wasnt given the promotional ticket stub they had given earlier. Then on to the shoulder to shoulder seating in the theater. All I have to say is if you want a comfortable seat and a nice surrounding area to shop in head 20 mins south to the Santa Maria Edwards Cinema 14 also a regal cinema partner located at the town center mall. Theres plenty of parking compared to the Arroyo Grande theater.

Its standard. Some of the staff members are great, while others have a real bad attitude. The seats are comfortable enough to make it through a movie. It is a fairly clean establishment, but could use a revamp before its totally outdated. Nothing special about picture or sound quality. They do offer a decent amount of films to choose from. Its the only theatre in the areas, so Im glad it exists and serves its purpose... nothing like the theatres Im used to in Los Angeles. Oh and of course the concessions are ridiculously overpriced, but that is "normal" across the board.

Great place if you feel like spending all of your money. I know most theaters over charge for everything so this isnt really new but it is a shame when you have to spend 6 bucks on a small popcorn. Regardless its the only theater in the area with new movies so you dont have much choice. Fairly clean, staff can sometimes be good, but most of the times they are pretty boring and dont pay attention to you. Over all, movies are cool, sucks paying a lot and taking advantage of consumers, but what are you going to do right?

This theater could use some revamping but it has its vintage charm compared to all the luxury theaters nowadays. I came on a Monday midday. No line for tickets or concession stand. It is very clean but it kind of has a musty smell from the old carpeting. I paid $9 for a matinee ticket, which is kind of pricey compared to other matinee prices in other locations.

Good staff is hit and miss. Very noisy theaters every time I go. Nothing special at all. Prefer to watch movies at home or the drive in. I cant stand to spend $50 for a movie and snacks and cant even enjoy the movie cause people are texting and taking pictures and talking. Just ridiculois. .

They were rude to my daughter, and her husband who is a paralized vet. The lady in the ticket booth call her "boss", who has no respect for our military who willing served to protect our lives. Our wounded warriors should get respect at least, or even a discount.

Great theater. Ive lived in the area my whole life. Id say the Galaxy in Atascadero is the only theater I like more in this area. The location is convenient, the prices are comparable to all the other theaters, and the stadium seating is good.

Theater is always clean & employees are professional. Absolute worst move, DONT waste your money or time "Hitmans Bodyguard" WAY too long& there was nothing more than 1! Sentence when they spoke!!!!!!!! Incredible ripoff!!!!!

Just your typical theatre. Nothing special here. The acoustics and picture were good quality. There are a lot of annoying teens running around here though that I could do without, but its the movies, so thats to be expected!

I came to this movie location for the first time today. 91417. The employees were all friendly and helped me a bunch. I had a great time & enjoyed myself. I will recommend this cinema to all my friends.

Nice theater. Ticket booths are outside, very similar to all other Regal theaters. There arcade has its own little area, kind of cool if you get to the theater early and want to blow some time.

Comfortable seats, lots of movie times. The parking lot can be packed during busy hours, so expect to park on the side or behind the building. $7 for a small popcorn.
