Nice theaters, but arrived to no one in the ticket booth and no one at the snack bar, which is behind the ticket booth. Disappointed by the customer service. Great prices, though. Entering the movie theater was startling because it was pitch black, which is a good thing and a bad thing. Very little lighting on the seats, and we had to use a flashlight I happened to have on me. The seats are comfortable, theyre a little worn but not badly. The theater is very long and narrow, almost long enough for the sound of the movie to echo a bit. The picture was pretty and the sound was good. The theater did smell strongly of popcorn butter, but the old kind. Overall good experience, except for the part with the lack of staff. One pro/con is that the theater is very rarely full, or close to full.

Their Customer Service Is Not Good At All!!! I called ToDay To Get The Number To The Buffet, And The Women Who Picked Up Had The Worst ATTITUDE EVER.. Im Getting Married Their Next Month And Me And My Family Put A Whole Lot Of Money Nto That Hotel Alone Just For The Wedding Not Mentioning The 10+ Rooms Reserved. This Is My First AND LAST I WILL DO ANYTHING WITH THIS HOTEL!!! Cant Wait To See How Their Customer Service Is N Person !!!

My son and I went to see The Good Dinosaur and we had a lot of fun. The theatre is small but very nice and the customer service was excellent! The prices were a lot cheaper than going to one of the bigger theaters. The price for concessions were a lot cheaper too. We had a great experience and will definitely be going back again!

Cheap tickets for older movies. Small.. theatres with only 2 screens. Seats are pretty comfortable. The popcorn and drinks are still expensive. Staff is alright but nothing extraordinary. A solid choice to catch a movie you missed

This is an excellent theater. Not because its technologically advanced or has great seating (does have good sound though) its just that its good value. Slightly older movies at a price folks can afford and then still but popcorn.

Without a doubt the WORST place I have ever been in my life. I am not a high roller and was treated like dirt. The front desk was rude and the manager was an egocentric premadonna who could care less...

Nice little movie theater. Its playing 4 movies now for $4 each only. Since theres not much snow at My. Rose today. I guess Ill pop in to watch "Jason Bourn", "Finding Dory" and "Petes Dragon".

we went for a track meet they had our room ready for early check in at 11am...the kids had a blast. .and I have no complaints this was our 2nd year my daughter loves it

Its the place Id go to see a movie I wouldnt pay full price for or Id want to see a second time. Its a little run down but not bad.

Been going to GSR for years. Beautiful remodel and a lot to do. My kids wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

Great deals on movies, but the rocking chairs I dont enjoy and the lack of food at the concession stand

The new chairs are much more comfortable. And 3 bucks is hard to beat for a movie.
