9-5-13 -large ballroom for a big seminar. easily accessed, lunch was very nice, many table set up, so very little wait. People were great, they directed us to the right place, so we did not have to search very much. And then, there was the exit from the building and parking ramp. At the end of the hall, with hundreds of people leaving at the same time, sat one whole elevator - ONE! Many people were elderly, many disabled, and the line to ride the small elevator was way too long. In the ramp area, was 2 elevators which were full all the time. The ramp is for a "CONVENTION CENTER!!" It was a pathetic system, once inside and parked, you were trapped! When we left, we sat for over an hour before we reached the booth. At that point, a very large rude man, with a dirty face was taking our money, and feeding into a machine that either did not work or, the rude man did not now what he was doing. There were other attendants, just walking around, but they didnt go to work collecting money to make the traffic get out sooner. I had an appointment that I had plenty of time to get to , and I missed it because I had to sit in your parking ramp for so long, and then had to pay a large amount to the large, rude man with the dirty face. who was probably was the reason that the machine would not work. When nothing works, you should go to plan B, and put attendants to work collecting money, or better yet, if things dont work, you should have opened the gates and just let us go! I love watching the Rampage soccer team, but honestly, this is one of the worst designed arenas Ive ever been in. There are about as many seats with partially obstructed views than there are with good views. If you pick a seat on the far side, not on the first level, even the front row of the second level, you cant see 4-6 feet of the side under you due to the overhang. Also, whoever designed the route from the attached Parking ramp to the hotel/will-call so that it requires a trip down a single elevator is a complete moron. There is no stairs option without leaving the building and going outside.

This has become one of our favorite venues for concerts in 2016. Great views all around since it is a smaller venue, not one of those mega arenas. Love that the Doubletree Hotel that is connected right to it. Could do much better with security at the entrances. Latest visit in Oct 2016, security is trying to be a little better. Checked bags this time.

They wouldnt let me take a tiny cup of water into the stands—water that they had actually provided in another part of the building. And their prices are pure extortion. $5 for a hot dog? Yeah, no way. To all of you saying "pricey food but its to be expected": that doesnt make it acceptable.

This has always been a great venue. Ive been here twice this year. First for the WWE house show and second for the Rob Zombie/Disturbed concert. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

The US Cellular Center has a great atmosphere and really comfortable seats. The bathrooms were also very clean - there was always someone there to make sure they were clean.

Food and beer is pretty pricy, but that is to be expected. They did an awesome job with the remodel a couple of years ago. Just wish events wear a just a few bucks cheaper.

A really nice facility for concerts and other events. Conveniently located right next to the DoubleTree hotel. The only problem is parking at peak hours.
