Ill preface this review by saying that my party hostess, Christine was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and my party. My children had fun and she was awesome and attentive. This place was chaotic and is run with a bunch of teenagers only caring about getting off the clock. I dont like being left in the dark about anything when Im spending $400 on a birthday party. The booking process is hardly existent. I had to call the morning of my party just to figure out what was going on. I arrived to my guests and myself not knowing what was going on. When anyone asked for help behind the counter, they were met with "Im not going to help you". Very Unprofessional. I was extremely displeased with the staff at this location. My son is non-verbal autistic. He cant do things by himself. He cant be left alone. As soon as we arrived. he went to jump. First I was told that I cant be on the trampoline without the socks. Fair. I get it. I explained to monitor, Emily, that my son cant be left alone and someone was bringing me socks. She went and got her Manager, Matt. Matt charged up and told me "to get off the trampolines" and "You are not allowed to jump". I explained to Matt that my son is special needs and cant be left alone. He told me I havent signed a waiver so I need to get off, loudly. This should have been explained to me at the sign in an check in process...which was non existent. I was furious. I went to the counter to talk to Matt and was met with raised voices and another teenager ganging on up on me while I was trying to complain to Matt, the manager. Ive never been to a place where someone was so combative and unsympathetic to children with special needs. Instead of explaining the waiver and maybe having some kind of organization, he raised his voice, got combative with me, and gave me generic answers. I dont care if youve got spectrum nights on certain nights of the week. My kid is here now and he cant control his disability. This whole situation could have been avoided if there was more communication and patience from the staff. I will never return to this place ever again. Matt shouldnt be in charge of an ant farm, let alone an amusement like this.I will be writing to corporate and the General Manager of this establishment,.For $400 I could have had pizza and an Xbox at my house with less headache.

The staff did not explain rules but instead told us we had to move with no explanation or suggestion as to other activity available. Tried to go to foam pit and staff member there yelled at my children and told them they had to wait in line when there was no line. She then let three woman who walked up after us jump and there were other spots open for my children to jump but they were still not allowed. I spoke to manager who told me he had just arrived and was not sure what he could do to help me he said that if I was looking for a refund he could not give one or extend my jump. I did not want a refund or to stay longer I wanted him to rectify the situation with his staff being rude to myself and my children. He did not care about what I had to say. After speaking to him we continued to jump and were approached by a different team member who told us we had to exit the open jump because we had a four year old with us. I explained to him I had just spoken to the manager who told me we could jump there and he told me I was wrong. I had to explain what the manager looked like for him to believe me and after that staff memebers kept "patrolling" us. The staff was EXTREMLY rude and did not care about our experience in the least bit.

Two stars in my opinion is generous. It was my first time going and I had such a horrible experience that I dont think Ill be back. The staff is extremely rude. We got yelled at many times for being in the wrong section, but there is no sign or the like to signify where you should be. If you do the online waiver, print it, sign it, and bring it to them they dont take it. Meaning if a friend took a child, and they do the online waiver at home, at the sky zone the child cant jump because their parent isnt there to sign it. Luckily, my friends parent was kind enough to write me a waiver because my parent could do nothing at that point. Also, we tried to play dogeball and the referee let 2 friends be on the same team when they asked... when my friend and I asked her told us we couldnt be on the same team. What a horrible first impression and a waste of money. Do something better with your time (and money) or go to a different skyzone.

Very disappointing experience ! Black and Hispanic children allowed to do whatever they wanted and the teenagers monitoring each area went out of there way to allow this, utterly petrified to enforce the rules for fear of being labeled racists, but had no problem approaching my white family and enforcing EVERY rule! Even telling us to get up off the trampoline while pausing for 15 seconds between jumps (they are all individual trampolines) If you hire someone to do a job it must be enforced to all! 4 times a little black child( definitely under 2) continued to walk in the area for 16+ and I watched the attendant see her,but not approach until I finally walked over to him and said she could be trampled can you do something! Unbelievable! Will never go back and my family( including teenaged nephews) felt the same.

This place has a good concept and it is really fun. However, the age group system is very bad. I was just the and we were separated from our little cousin. She had to jump all by herself. Also, the staff was very grumpy. It was quite annoying. It ruined the experience. There was a giant space left open where we could have jumped but we werent allowed to. The adults there were being very babyish. They were causing more ruckus than the children. The only nice people were the check-in people and a woman who explained the rules to us. Something else was that kids would keep coming into our trampolines and they wouldnt get in trouble, but when we would accendentally go into someone elses trampoline, we would get in trouble.

Worst experience ever. Shouldve known when we first got there that it wasnt going to be a good night when people were just jumping in front of us to get their passes. Dont go Saturday evening because kids running all over trampoline area with not enough staff to keep kids off other kids jump space. My daughter got injured because another kid jumped in her square. (Staff did get her ice for her foot.) My son enjoyed dodge ball until it got too crowded...that needs more than one referee. One for the game and one to manage the crowd waiting. Felt bad for the food cashier who seemed stressed working solo for such a large crowd and didnt notice people cutting in line. This place could be so much better

The place, it self was really cool and fun. What wasnt so cool was the staff. The only nice employee there was the party hostess. A older girl with a fade cut and tattoo on het face watching our area was unfriendly and rude. As well as the other employees watching the jump areas. This is a place for mostly children, I think its only right that the employees are friendly and interactive instead of constantly yelling and giving dirty looks. There were so many rules, it felt like if you jumped slightly wrong you were being yelled at. Someone in our party was actually yelled at for resting for minute. If there was a change in staff Id totally would want to go back.
