Pros: Played the movie I paid for the sound system was great Costed 6 dollars each ticket on Tuesdays had a bathroom had a game room which was super cool looking People were nice who gave me tickets/drink Cons: Hard to find which room youre going into/ there was no sign above the door. Its on the wall instead for some reason. Also only some of the doors have a movie title above it. All the others just have paper made signs it was INSANELY cold inside the movie. It was so cold my girlfriend was shivering. People in front of me were also shaking. Id guess it was 60 degrees maybe less in there. the bathrooms had wet dirt inside them and the doors didnt lock unless you lifted the door up and locked it Started playing the movie abruptly with no warning. room is completely devoid of sound then poof.

Im from Madison and this theater has always been terrible, but Ill never go again after taking my siblings to see Jurassic World. We were the second people in the ticket line for at least 15 minutes before someone showed up; they were short staffed and the (young) staff was more interested in flirting with each other than helping customers. Our movie was started late because a fire alarm went off in the previous showing. No mention of this was made when we bought tickets. Our movie was also interrupted by a fire alarm, and we had to ask the staff to rewind it to roughly where we were. Ive sat through entire movies that were off center, too loud, or too quiet. This place doesnt deserve anyones business.

the theatre is comfortable, but the higher prices arent comparible., when theatre prices and DVD prices are equal, theatres will close in many cases, or at least lose business, and this is happening now, and most are aware......in the end, it is much too expensive in comparison to other theatres, and the so called points you get on your card, takes too long to accumulate, making the extra cost seem even more unfair....finally, they strategecally place 3D movies in the time slots where most people wish to go see movies, so customers must spend extra money just to see a movie....talk about poor management....

Have been to the Regal Theater several times. It is a run down out of date movie theater, they have cleaned it up some but in this day and time why doesnt Madison, have an up to date movie theater? Prices are way too high, they went from $7.50 to $9.50, which was last week. WE decided to drive to greensburg to wolf theater they have matinee and regal doesnt. EXTREMELY expensive for what you get. WILL not go back.

Very run down. Instead of fixing the screens they put black cloth around edges and make them smaller. Instead of replacing seats either they remove them or put plastic bags over them, and in at least one of the theater rooms the surround sound doesnt work so they only the front speakers work and they turn them up loudly, but sometimes you still cant hear well. I go out of my way to avoid this theater any more.

Ticket prices are great, good theatre when you dont want to travel into the city to see movies at a bigger theatre. The seating and leg space is a little to tight and the seats leave your behind cramping about an hour into the movie. Bathrooms are always clean and theres a cool old-schoolish arcade for some pre-movie fun. Good theater for spontaneous afternoon movie going.

Really like this theater theyre putting new Rocker chairs in and the management is very friendly and willing to help you out if theres an issue the projector broke on the movie we went to see they gave us a full refund plus free admission to the movie of our choice dont get service like that very often

Madison Great Escape desperately needs refurbished... Clarksvilles branch is obviously where all the money is going to.. Madison 6 is lucky in the fact that it has no competitors in the area or it would be shut down. Great people,but awful movie experience.

Staff is polite...the theatre is in need of a makeover, however, its nice to have in town...cant wait for new reclining sofa seats to be installed...old seats are very uncomfortable...

Theater is older. Seat backs are very strait and do not rock. But no movie has ever been more than 60% full. Sometimes popcorn can be stale.
