I hate to have to give this place 3 stars. But this theater has its ups and downs. The reclining chairs are the best idea EVER!! Sounds system is great! But... Its a bit over priced. Its $3 for a microwaved over salted pretzel and an extra $1 for cheese. A lot of the people that go here are very disrespectful talking, taking phone calls, taking pictures (with their flash on), and many other things. No one at this theater monitors this so it happens frequently. The loyalty program they offer is subject to change without notice. I understand that this is a free benefit but its disappointing when youre one purchase away from a free movie just to have it changed to a free popcorn. I really hope the right people read the reviews and take them seriously because I think this could be the perfect place if thatd just fix a few things.

After the construction and such happened the theater has really improved, the free refill on drinks is nice and the machines and new products they use for drinks are pretty amazing. The seats are a lot more comfortable then before, although there is a lot less sitting. But I dislike the fact that now the bucket you have to buy overtime if you want to use it, which it use to be get the bucket and use it all year without paying extra for the bucket every time.

Not an uncomfortable theater. I avoid going here because of the concession prices. There are no free refills on pop (unless you buy a large drink, and then you really dont need one). Same with popcorn. Every other theater I go to, you get free refills (or 25¢ popcorn refills). I dont usually refill either; but just the fact that I cant keeps me out of this place. West Columbia theater has the refills I want, the same movies, and better parking.

We came to see the movie "monster trucks" my girlfriend accdently left her wallet in the seat and promptly returned to find it was gone. We asked the manager to help find it and they didnt seem to concerned, and never even asked the two boys who were cleaning the theater after the movie was over! Her whole life was in that wallet. They didnt take us seriously and never even offered to go over the video.

When you expect going the mall, you think of bad popcorn and not a lot candy. Yet their popcorn is so good, their service is amazing, their so kind, the theaters are cleaned, you actually get coke products, they dont play corny cermcials to turn off your cell phones, they have slushie machines and their prices are right where they should be. Its nice and local.

Im happy they remodeled. Im not a fan of the chairs or the prices. Took my 10 year old niece. 2 tickets, 1 medium popcorn, 2 drinks and 1 candy item was $45!!! Thats insane. The bathrooms are clean and customer service wasnt bad. Prices are too high for me. I prefer the JC Cinema!

I go to this theater SO often. Usually a good experience but Im furious right now. These people were talking and screaming so loudly behind us, and taking photos the whole movie. And the employees just said. Sorry, cant do anything about it. Horrible horrible experience.

This is my favorite theater in town the price is right in the middle not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They have the best seats Ive ever used at a theater and the food and drink prices are average. Never had a poor experience yet and I go frequently.

Reclining seats were amazing, very friendly fast service, clean, and yummy popcorn. We enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The only less than desirable part was the noise the air conditioning produced and I had wished I brought my blanket. Brrrr!

Theater is renovated since last time I came here 6 years ago but does not compare to celebration cinemas or other modern theaters I have been to. The screens are extremely small for a theater and the sound was way too quiet and had no literally no bass.

Prices are a little above what I want to pay, but not too bad. My boyfriend and I hoped the armrests moved, but where we sat, they didnt, maybe its just a thing further back because I was there before and they did farther back, well see.

Pricey. Really...spend a good $40 for two people on a movie night, in a crowded area with annoying people who cause distrations. Would rather stay home, order take out and have a nice movie night at home.

Completely renovated. Surround system is better than ever. The chairs are unbelievable comfortable. You can lean back. Some of them you can put your feet up. I can now sit through a 3 hr movie
