If I could give this place negative stars I would. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a rude look and treated like they didnt want our business.The music was way to loud for a Sat afternoon after waiting for a lane we started bowling. we only found 1 kid ball that was 6 lbs. our drinks were $2.00 and no refills. we had small children and noticed that they had a ramp to use so we grabbed it and used it for a few turns then the same guy that was extremely rude came over and very rudely said this is $8.00 an hr to use what a crock I have never been charged at any other bowling alley to use the ramp. I think he was getting some pocket money. When we got to the 9th frame they shut us down and said we only paid for 4 people and had 5 but was told when we started that my 2 yr old was free so needless to say they need to fire there employees and hire people who are able to handle working with people and know how to communicate better than monkeys. I will never go back to this dump.

ustomer service stinks and the place nickels and dimes you. We already spent a heafty amount to bowl and then they wanted to charge us $8 for our kids to use a ramp. We asked if they charged $8 for handicapped children to use the ramp as well, they said yes. Thats just wrong. Not to mention if you use a credit card and the sale isnt over $10 then they charge you a $1 convince fee. I could understand under $5, but not $10. I am pretty darn sure the credit card company doesnt charge you a buck each transaction. Didnt a mention BAD customer service? The workers were just plain rude. We will be going down to Blue Ash to bowl from now on.

Bad customer service. Took 5 minutes for someone to even show up at the desk. Then they said there was no open lanes even tho 4 was empty. Then she said cant be close to the league but there was 2 open lanes seperating a white family (already bowling) from the league. And still 2 more on the other side of them empty. Take what you want from this observation but they didnt want our business clearly. Said we could wait an hour and a half until the league left. Did she offer a discount for such ridiculousness? Of course not...read the reviews below. Im not the only complaint lol

Nice clean bowling alley, restroom and the locker area very clean. I did not like that they close the kitchen early. The worker at said we close it early during the summer time. Ive never heard of a bowling alley closing the kitchen early during the summer. I guess they dont want to make extra money on food?! Beer and liquor selection isnt that great either. And to boot they close at 11pm. I only give it 3 stars because it was a clean bowling alley. Other than that, probably wont come back for my reasons I mentioned.

Just because there is newer equipment and nicer shoes doesnt mean prices have to be so ridiculous. And on top of that the staff are all assholes. Very dissatisfied with this place and it only seems to be getting worse. I understand leagues are important but its the little people that spread the word to friends and family and pack the alley for open bowling which makes more money. Common sense! Get a better staff, tweak the prices and this establishment would be first class. Until then Ill be going elsewhere.

CALL BEFORE YOU GO. OR JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I expect to be able to bowl at a bowling alley. I looked at the website and there was nothing that indicated that if you show up at this bowling alley on Wednesday and you arent in a league, you wont be able to bowl. Every single lane was open and no one was bowling, yet we werent allowed to bowl. Lady at the counter wasnt the least bit friendly about it, either. I got the sense that I didnt fit into their cute little bowling club, so I was dismissed.

Great experience!! Celebrated my preteens b-day party there Saturday 9/24/16 and we had the best customer service by Chaz, he helped me to pick the right way to save money and had a good time, the staff was very helpful and the food tasted good as well. Chaz reserved the lines for me and a cake room, I ordered the food in advance so I enjoyed the time with my guesses and my kids while Mason Bowling did the rest. Thanks everyone who was on duty with Chaz on this day!

Bad customer service. Staff saw that I was attempting to buy a game and then proceeded to continue their conversation. Later our game was ended with no warning for league night. Okay, understandable. However there were only 4 teams and all lanes except our single one were open. Ended my time here watching two staff members snorting cocaine or pills or maybe just pixie stix in the back room while neglecting to close the door. 0 stars.

Staff was extremely rude and apprehensive. We got passive aggressive remarks just for not signing the receipt ("have you never signed a receipt before?" exact quote). They took my drink from me and threw it away before even asking if I wanted to drink it outside. We left our shoes on the table and we were "doing them a disservice." Never going there again

I didnt want their unhealthy drinks so I brought in my own(non-alcoholic).They made me drink it outside even after I offered to buy a cup to put it in. As of now Im finishing up my drink on the stoop. My friends are inside so I cant leave just yet. This place is the worst.

The lanes are clean and have recently been upgraded. I have had good and just okay experiences with the staff but for the most part they are friendly and helpful. During Spring and Summer, be sure to call ahead to make sure there are lanes available due to league play.

Just tried to go to Mason Bowl during open bowl time and was turned away by the guy at the counter because league play was starting up in 40 min. I guess they did not want to bother with us. Very disappointing. I guess check their hours carefully before going.

it was very good only costed 10 dollars then when i threw the bowling ball it knocked someone out and i threw it at there face one more time just for good measure then after that i threw the bowling bar threw the roof

It has a small town vibe to the bowling alley. The technology is old school and they usually play early 2000s music. Its inexpensive and they have local beers which is awesome.

We had a great time! Very clean. Lanes worked great. Best shoes Ive seen at a bowling alley...ever. Reasonably priced snacks. A great way to spend an afternoon with the family!

Classic bowling alley. Good prices and plenty of room on a Friday night to find a lane. We didnt order food or even use the restrooms, so I cant comment on those aspects.

Signed up my grandson for junior leagues on Saturday. He is having the best time, Mason Bowl is teaching him a lot, it is a family friendly place to bowl.
