I literally just came back from a kids birthday party at this location and I have to say I wasnt overly pleased. To start, it is almost impossible to find even if you know the area. Im very familiar and I still could it without calling. The parties were set up so closely together that someone from the same table (different party) started eating stuff from our party! The only way to know the difference is by the different table cloth colors but you dont know that because nobody tells you. The staff member that was supposedly helping with the party was so young he went about it in an unorganized fashion. No rules about kids NOT putting their hands inside the ball return, not explaining the actually location of the party. I didnt know that there was a different party sharing lanes all around us at the same time. THEN.... the fog came rolling in! LOL literally! When they turned it cosmic they made it SO foggy that you could not see the ball at the end of the lane and its supposed to glow!!! I literally had to ask if they could open the back door to let some out and some air in! There were kids that had asthma that were having to use their inhalers! OVERKILL Lastly, and I realize the list is long, the "game room" was nothing more than 6 machines, one which was broken and of those 6 only 2 were actually games to play and NOT claw machines. Overall I dont recommend if you havent already guessed ;P

Came from another state to bowl at different bowling alleys and I had really looked forward to this one and honestly I liked it the least......approach had crackers on it. First lane didnt score accurately and when we requested a different lane because the approach was sticky he decided to spot clean while we waited instead of moving us to one of the other 26 vacant lanes.......disappointed!

Has six full sized (9 x 4.5) tables with adequate room and ample pool cues. The tables are all very level. However, the bumpers are terrible. The ball hardly bounces off them. Until they replace the rails, its OK for a beginner, but a good player would not enjoy these tables.

We accidentally inserted $20 bill at token machine and the manager said those tokens cannot be reimbursed. He said "If you would like I can put it back but no cash back". Never seen such a senseless manager. Ironically 3 out of 4 machines were not working.

Really bad experience employees struggled to anwser our questions as well as seemed to be clueless about pricing and just seemed to lack common sense. And the alcoholic drinks had little to no alcohol so please dont waste your money at this place......

I enjoyed this bowling alley, the service is not the best though, I had to wait 30 minutes at the counter to order so that was a hassle, the lanes sometimes malfunction so it is annoying when the pins dont reset. I give it a 3.5/5 but I am rounding up!

Was ok while bowling. Took 20 minutes to pay for our game Was.long line and for several minutes no one behind counter. Not customer friendly
