The best part is the bike path - fantastic bike path. Woods are cool, and some big open fields here as well. Not a ton of hiking paths - the bike path is nominally shared, but theres enough bike traffic to make it not ideal for walking. Some beautiful scenery if you go off into the woods a little bit (although my son and I learned the hard way today - there is at least one log filled with yellow jackets).

Love this place early in the morning when nor to many people are cycling as it may get crouded later in the day. Clean bathrooms, parking is quite large. Beautiful and clean scenery. And the biggest thing I love about Harms woods is that you can get straight to Chicago Botanic garden within ~40 of cycling. I like to park my bike there, hang around and then go back. This route gives even more exercise.

With the north branch trail running through it, its a great spot to relax and hang out or get on the trail. It also has a reservable picnic grove that holds up to 300 people. Plenty of parking and public bathrooms are available. Its also down the street from the mall so food and drink options are close. They also have bike tracks to lock up your bike.

Some of the trails were a little too "nice". I like actual woods. I frequently also ended up in peoples backyards. Regardless, its a decent place for a little walk.

It is so quiet and such a beautiful place! Theres an abundance of wildlife and flowers, and its one of my favorite places to take walks and relax!

The paved trails are very crowded in nice weather. I love walking the bridle trails - quieter, and with a better chance to connect to the forest.

Passed thru on a 45 mile bike ride on the path .very nice clean washroom even after a holiday weekend on the 4th

My school regularly rents out this park for events, and its always clean, spacious, and wonderful.
